“Amazing get away!!” This house is beautiful!! The view is incredible and the amount of space throughout the entire house is awesome!! My friends and I stayed here for a weekend away and got just that! While the cell service is pretty bad, it allowed us to spend time together and enjoy nature! There was plenty of space for everyone! Donald took care of everything, even providing the house with basic necessities that some of my group forgot! Donald replies very fast to your questions and concerns!! Overall, an amazing trip and a beautiful house!

“Paridise In Big Bear” My husband and I went to the Chalet with our 2 dogs and had a great time. Kiyoe was very welcoming. The place was very clean and homey. Our dogs loved the trails right outside the back door. What we enjoyed the most was the privacy and how quiet the area was. We definitely will go back! Thank you for having us... “Nice and clean!!” What a view!! Owners were wonderful to work with. The kitchen had anything you needed to prepare meals. The hot tub was amazing! Large dinning area made it wonderful for meals. Kids as well as adults loves the game system. It was close enough to Gatlinburg yet gave you to feeling of being out and private. Best of all it was very clean!!! I would recommend and hope to stay again!!

“although our first, THE BEST cabin experience ever!!!” We went for the Labor Day weekend. My boyfriend, sister, 1 year old niece, and a friend couple. First of all we fell in love with the place as soon as we got there. Honestly, we all felt it looked way nicer than the photos we saw! Rich was great as well. When i was searching around to try to book cabins throughout Big Bear Lake, i honesty emailed almost 15 cabins to find out if we can stay for just 1 night, since our schedules only matched to stay Sunday night and leave and get back to LA on Monday. (1 cabin i booked before this one, the site had said it was ok for the 1 night stay and took out my money, but actually received a msg from the owner stating that she does not allow 1 night stays for the holidays. Out of the 15 cabins, only 2 cabins were ok with the 1 night stay.) He was very nice about it and took us in. Not to add, he is super fast on getting back with you. The amenities were all there, although we didn't use any since we brought them thinking it wouldn't be there, the rooms and bathroom, everything was super clean as well! There were an abundant amount of towels for all of us. We were very excited about the hot tub and bbq area as well! It was a very kid-friendly environment as well, as long as you keep an eye on them when going outside where the stairs were. The surrounding neighbors were quiet too, although I guess the house next door was starting construction and started their duties early in the morning. (we didn't mind it too much though.) The cleaning list is very long, so i would strongly suggest to use the option of paying $60 to cover that, which we did so we can relax longer :) Overall, we had the best experience with the beautiful stars at night and great cabin experience!! Thank you Rich!! We will definitely be coming back :)

“Our family loved this superb cabin in the woods” Wow! What a great stay at this amazing cabin. The rooms are big, the fire place is GIANT! and everything works including the hot tub! It is super close to the ski areas and places to chow. What I like best about the cabin is the craftsmanship of every detail of the home. It truly is a wonderful log cabin..My only problem with it is my wife didn't like the cold so she wasn't any fun.. Thanks for a fantastic place!

“Most beautiful place we've ever rented.” We loved the cabin. It was perfect for our size family (10). The huge balcony with the incredible views was the perfect beginning and ending to each day. Everything we needed to prepare meals was available and there was more than enough room in the kitchen for several of us to work. Thanks for having such a well stocked facility. “We had a moose in our front yard!!” We had a wonderful stay at Cole Cottage...topped off by coming home to a very large moose in our front yard that trotted in front of our truck...that was absolutely amazing, still talking about that big boy!! The house is very conveniently located, easy driving to different locations, easy access to acadia Park. The staff at acadia Cotage Rentals couldn't have been more friendly or helpful...my husband left a pillow behind that he uses for back pain. I contacted acadia Cottage Rentals and we had the pillow back within 3 days!! house is situated on lovely Frenchman's Bay, with breathtaking sunsets and sunrises...wonderful beach with a sandbar far into the water, amazing rocks to climb and explore. The house is a little dated, needs some updating...I would strongly suggest redesigning the stairs to the basement, they are a little treacherous! Might also consider turning the 2 basement bedrooms into one big bedroom, and elevate the ceilings so they would be more usable. Other than that, we had an amazing time and loved our trip. Would definitely come back.
