“Perfect!” Everything was as advertised, except for the surroundings. It was even better! The owner was very informative through emails and phone before we left. The manager met us when we arrived, and provided all necessary information. He was mostly helpful and very nice every time we contacted him. We were 6 people staying there (15 - 50 years) and we all had a great time. A very nice house, fully equipped - even beach towels was there. Internet can be accessed from the pool area (good speed). Our favorite beach was about 10 minutes (car) away from the house; take right after the gate and then first right. Renting a car is recommended for shopping, beaches and sightseeing the island. Don't forget to go swimming with the dolphins, its awesome.

“My September Birthday Celebration - 2011” Awesome property! We had a wonderful time celebrating my milestone birthday at this Marazul property. It was perfectly located on the property where sunsets could be seen from almost every room in the house! We snorkeled, fished, swam and even fly a kite on the property with all the conveniences and peace. The property is fully stocked with all the needed equipment and all is needed is a good trip to the grocery store on your way to the property and you will have all you need for paradise. We loved it so much we will be back November 2012. Thanks to Ken for making this the best birthday ever!

“Great place, convenient location” We had a rental car and were 10 minutes from downtown. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The property is the perfect size for two people on vacation, quite comfortably air conditioned, and the pool had privacy. The dogs were nice too!

“5-Star Condo with 5-Star Hostess!!!” First, I must say we had the best hostess ever!!! Karen was amazing and so helpful during our whole stay. The home was phenomenal and she made it even better by responding to a few personal requests we had. We travel to different Caribbean Islands about 5 times a year and we all agreed this was one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. It was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The breeze was so amazing that we never ran the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms! Karen also made sure we were met at the airport with a rental car (she arranged) and another wonderful person name Yvonne! Yvonne helped transport our luggage and showed us the way to the condo which was awesome since we landed after dark. The condo is also centrally located on the island so downtown and some of the best beaches are a short drive, or you can venture out about 1-1/2 hours to explore other beaches. All in all, it was a wonderful week with great weather and exceptional hospitality!!! I would not hesitate to to contact Karen again at Gosa Bunita.

“Excellent apartment + Great location = Fantastic vacation” Very nice resort with a fantastic view overlooking the ocean in a gated resort with infinity edge pool and manicured landscape that includes banana palms (that ripened while we were there - we had a few...very nice and sweet!) and coconut palms too. The apartment layout is great: kitchen/dining/liv rm are one large rm. Mstr bdrm is huge and had a king bed, spacious closets, sizable dresser, and it's own ensuite bath. The 2nd bedrm had 2 full size beds, equally large closets - and a hallway and was practically identical to the master bath. Each bath had shelving for storage - plenty room for incidentals. The floors throughout are tile - easy to keep clean. The large balcony extended across the entire back of the apartment and could be accessed from the living room or the mstr bdrm. I enjoyed brkfast out there every day - the trade winds blow through the open front door to the balcony keeping things comfortable. Much of the population/traffic are on the part of the island to the East of Willemstad - we were very happy to be West, it is much less congested and yet still has amenities like grocery store, restaurants, gas stations. We traveled to the West to so many nice beaches - Cas abao, Play Marie, Playa Knip - without having to travel through Willemstad. For downtown days - a short 10 min drive to the park at the free parking garage in Otrabunda..Punda is a short walk across the pontoon bridge. The pool is very well maintained, never busy, and was great place to relax after a "hard” day on the beach. The resort is located is a very residential area- there were other rental/owner resorts in front and back of this one - which made for tranquility. We had small yellow Banaquits, large singing Trupials, and tiny hummingbirds on our balcony every day. Check-in and out was seamless with the on site management. They provided helpful hints for finding our way around as did several of the permanent residents of the resort - very friendly!

“12 Wonderful Nights! “Spacious; perfect for our family with 2 college sons!” Perfect & exactly as shown. So clean! Small but nice beach. The lagoon is like a Caribbean river with the sea on each end. Calm & very small waves. Perfect for small children. Great snorkeling! Gated & no lobby, ground level at front. Slopes to water, so eye level w/ coconuts in palm beyond terrace. To east peeked thru lush foliage to blue-green lagoon. Across and west was lagoon, Seaquarium, foot bridge, dive boats, and sea. Like a postcard! Concerned that only BRs had aC, but common & mostly wasn't a problem. Wind rushed through open doors, so cool. Sometimes used 2 fans in the LR/DR. No screens, and 1 son and I got sand flea bites. Fl native husband says it's common and they're so small a screens don't keep them out. Bitten son and I are susceptible to mosquito bites. Husband and other son aren't and weren't bitten. Take bug spray and after Bite. Marcia and Jan were great hosts! Met us at condo w/ cookies, O.J. like what FL husband grew up on, & thick notebook w/ info abt. condo and island. She picked up water for us. (Tap water great-just used bottled for outings.) She checked on us. Cleaned mid-week. Problems were few. One BR smelled "mildewy" mid-week, but M. thought we didn't have aC cool enough. Sand fleas would've been anywhere. Left early a.m. for airport, locked condo keys & gate remote in condo & just used gate code to drive rental car out, only code didn't work! Pedestrian gate code worked all week but never tried car gate. Panic stricken & afraid we'd miss our flight, we called Marcia & Jan but they didn't answer. They immediately called back, but by then we were far enough away from the unit that we didn't have network, so missed their call. We knocked on doors to borrow a remote but couldn't wake anyone. We had called a cab to come pick us up when some joggers had a remote with them. Hallelujah! Moral of this story - don't lock the remote in the condo until your car is out of the gate. We would definitely stay at Ocean Garden again.
