“Oh! such beautiful beach!” We did enjoy a lot our stay at Easgle's aerie. Sandy is a very nice hostess, very friendly. The appartment is clean, well decorated; kitchen is well furnished so we could cook the fresh seafood bought at the marina at French Creek. And now, the lanscape! It is gorgeous; beach is clean and easy to walk on at low-tide. Unfortunately, the eagles were on vacation on the continent as Sandy tells. Even though, the appartment is not oceanfront, we had total access to the patios and garden in front of their home.

“Great Condo” Beautiful condo, clean, well furnished and lots of extras like hair dryer,shampoo, hand soap and hand cream, Laundry soap and dishwasher soap. Lots of towels and linens. It was great having the washer and dryer in the condo especially when we stayed for three weeks. Great location,close to downtown Victoria, only 35 minutes from airport and only 3 minute drive to our sons house to play with our 2 year old grandson, this being the main purpose of our visit.

“Beautiful, relaxing, charming - just the best!” Xanadu Estate is a short scenic ride north of Victoria. When we arrived at the property we were greeted by Jane who was an incredibly welcoming host. The property is set on beautiful acreage that was covered with all the wonderful colors of fall. The suite offered everything that one could want for a relaxing vacation. (It is just as the pictures show - large, comfortable, clean with all the amenities you could possibly want.)I was sorry that we were not able to stay a bit longer. It is only a short drive to many small communities, restaurants, shopping and the ferries. Around the corner is a wonderful little lavendar farm. Nothing could be better than to explore during the day and then come back to your wonderful suite to sit and relax with a glass of wine or a cup of English tea looking out over the beautiful view. I would love to return in the summer so that I could take advantage of all the wonderful outdoor activities that are available in the area. I would definitely recommend Xanadu to everyone - singles, couples, friends and families.
