“my experience has been a dream” Usually I don't write a review when I visit a place, but in this case I want to congratulate with the owner of the House because it is wonderful and in a strategic position!!! first of all I receveid a very good service, then the House is very clean and in a perfect venetian style! It's seems like a film! wonderful! the badrooms and the bathroom are very very spacious, comfortable and elegant! The location is perfect because: - you can visit the center of the city and the rest of the Lagoon because by foot you can reach a stop nearby the house! Infact the house is located in Giudecca that is in front of S.Mark place!!! also Giudecca is very nice and typical - if you need something to eat it's possible to do some shopping in a supermarket nearby or reach a restaurant!!! very comfortable! - the house is attached to the hotel "Hilton" where you can booked a spa! I'm sure that when I return to this wonderful city, I'll come again in this perfect house!!!

“You will love it!!” From start to finish it was a pleasure! Not only was Marc wonderful to deal with during the booking process, we had alternate contact details for his mother and the housekeeper to ensure we were well looked after. The apartment was wonderful. Marc's fantastic instructions and suggestion to get a water taxi from Venice airport (where we left our vehicle) was well received and we were dropped virtually at the front door. There is one flight of stairs up to the apartment (which is above a restaurant), and easy to manage - and the apartment itself was absolutely charming! Gorgeous kitchen and bathroom and the bed in the master bedroom made us feel like royalty! The position was wonderful because it was away from the crowds - but still an easy walk to St Marks and fantastic restaurants and shops. We loved looking out our window and watching the comings and goings of the canal - it made us feel like locals and not so much as tourists. Thanks also for the lovely welcome pack of bread, spreads, drinks, prosecco - it was glorious. I would highly recommend this apartment - and I would love to return (3 nights was definitely not enough!!!).

“Nice experience” Nicely welcome upon arrival . Well equipped apartment - very comfortable for 2 but ok for 4 ( you share bath room). Very well located in Dorsoduro, many nice restaurants and cafe in the nearby in addition to many cultural places ( scuole and Churches). Everything is walking distance.

“Fantastic apartment- convenient location” When traveling to Venice, this is the place to stay! Not only is the apartment perfectly located, it is absolutely beautiful, upgraded in every way possible. We were completely delighted with the property, Stefano was so communicative and kind, easy to deal with and I would honestly never stay anywhere else on return visits to that city. The apartment itself is perfect in every way and within very close walking distance of water taxi stop, Ca Da Oro, close to the beautiful Rialto bridge, and just around the corner from many restaurants, shops, drugstore, gelato shops and groceries. Very convenient. We loved the area and the neighborhood- we felt very safe and at home there. Stefano's apartment is absolutely stunning, with all new kitchen, upgraded new bathrooms, with terrific showers, beautiful light fixtures in all rooms, exposed beam ceilings in the living room area and bedrooms, nice comfortable furniture, beautiful flooring throughout, etc. Bonus: washer and dryer! I cannot say enough complimentary things about this property. It is definitely worth every penny you will spend and I would recommend it to anyone I know traveling to Venice. I am going back in September 2014 and plan to rent from Stefano again! Thank you to a wonderful host for his kindness and hospitality!!!

“Apartment is in good location and a pleasant stay for Venice!” Davide was very helpful and responded quickly to my emails. His apartment is a good location for seeing the Venice sites. “The perfect setting for our Venetian holiday” The minute we entered the Ca' delle Maschere apartment, my family and I felt a breath of Venetian tradition, unperturbed by the numerous modern commodities which the apartment had, which in turn made our stay run smoothly. We enjoyed dining in the spacious kitchen/living room, with the typically Venetian wooden pillars on the high ceiling. The location was also excellent, as we found we could reach all the main attractions on foot. The building which houses the apartment appears to have been very recently rennovated, an extremely reassuring fact in a city as ancient as Venice! I feel that staying in this apartment was the perfect backdrop for the truly colourful days we spent in Venice. For anyone with a need for comfort and a strategically ideal location, I heartily recommend this apartment!
