“Beautiful home, great location, heated pool” This home has it all. It is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac on Glendale's arrowhead Lakes. This beautiful home is furnished with style and quality in mind. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for a large croud. The family room and eat in kitchen is the heart of the home. Large patio doors off the family room allows for indoor and outdoor living. A covered patio gave us shelter from the sun, while others enjoyed the pool, the sun, and the enormous surrounding deck. The heated diving pool was defiately a hit for everyone. Whether you relax around the pool or enjoy the shade from the covered deck, this place has it all. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens luxerious. The air conditioning provided comfortable tempuratures durig day and night. Just down the road is a grocery store and plenty of dining. A short drive will take you to all the shopping you'll want. Overall... a five star home and location. We will definately be returning to this property again. I would highly recommend this vacation property to everyone.

“Perfect location - ideal rental for the Verde Valley!!!” My husband and I found this rental and it was PERFECT!!! The studio was spotless, the location was ideal for all of our day trips to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Old town Cottonwood is super close and so quaint. The bed was so comfortable we asked where it came from so we can buy one for our home! It was so quiet, tranquil, and the pool is beautiful. We will definitely be back again!!!

“Desert Flower” I was amazed at the home that I lived in for a month. The house had every modern need and the pool area was amazing. The owners did not leave anything out. “An amazing stay for our family!” This home is outstanding and made for a wonderful stay in the Phoenix area. My husband and I stayed at this home for 10 days with our 5 young children (ages 10 and under) and had a fabulous time. The home is beautifully decorated and everything was clean and in perfect condition for our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped. The home is located just a few minutes drive to downtown Cave Creek where we enjoyed the local restaurants, art shows, and hiking trails. It was also an easy drive (about 40 minutes) to attractions in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Guy was very pleasant to deal with to book this home and was very responsive to our questions. We had a great stay at this home and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Phoenix area.

“Ultimate Winter getaway” We selected this house for a long weekend winter golf escape. There were eight of us, and we all fit comfortably. The house is fantastic -- especially the all-weather patio. We spent about half of our waking hours inside, in the comfortable great room and kitchen, and the rest of the time out on the patio. Both the inside and outside living spaces are great. The house is beautifully nestled in the desert, at the end of a small, quiet street. Guy and Dixie were a pleasure to deal with.

“Perfect spot for a golf and football getaway” 8 of us used this property in early November and it was perfect. We rented both the main house and the guest house and had plenty of room to spread out. The guys enjoyed the hot tub and pool after a round of golf, and late nights ended with a game of billiards. We went to a Cardinals game as well and the stadium was very close. We would relax outside at the patio tables and enjoy a glass of wine before heading out for a dinner. We will definitely look at renting again for next year!
