Property for exclusive use

This large villa is part of a farm in the hills which overlook the valley of the river Ambra, between the countryside south of Siena and the Arno valley. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and cypress trees reaching high into the sky. Recently renovated, the villa has been made even more comfortable thanks to some antiques included in the furnishing. It is particularly suitable for large families or groups of friends who would like to spend their holidays near the city of Siena because they appreciate its monuments but also the food and wines. The farms produces excellent ones, both red and white. The garden of the villa is on two levels and overlooks the vineyard: the higher part has an avenue with sycamore trees and a large furnished terrace. From here, you go down to the lower level which is an Italian garden where the swimming pool is (10x5, 1.3m deep)(15/05-15/10 open from 9 am to 7 pm). A large hall created from the ancient cellars can be used upon request and for special occasions. The villa has central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, baby bed, wi-fi Internet connect. Guests have at their disposal a laundry room (washing machine). Included in the price is a maid service 3 hours/day. The tennis court can be shared with the other apartments. A chef, a babysitter, cookery courses, a maid, a celebrations planner are available upon request and to be paid for on location. Car park on the property.

PLEASE NOTE: 12 hours a day of usage are calculated for heating costs. Any extra hours are 5.00 euros per hour. Security deposit must be paid by credit card. Arrivals must be between 04.00pm and 06.00pm. Arrivals after 8.00pm are charged a supplement of 100 Euros.
