Villa Playa Laguna is a spacious 3,499² feet (325² meters) seaside villa with cathedral ceilings set in a 16,175² feet (1,500² meter) lot, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, with a large private pool and a few steps away from the secluded semi-private Playa Laguna beach. The villa is ideally located at Escondido Bay between the towns of Sosua and Cabarete, and a ten minute drive from Puerto Plata International airport (POP).
In an exclusive gated community with superior 24-security, and with its own private driveway, the villa offers total privacy but minutes away from all services and activities, including an adjoining unique children's water playground, a gym and restaurants. Flat screen TV's in each bedroom with 250 channel cable; Wi-Fi; A/Cs in the 2 upper bedrooms; constant sea breeze; lots of pretty works of art all around to rest your eyes on when inside and all necessary amenities to make your vacation a truly memorable one.
