The Casale Acquaviva and 'immersed in the nature of Tuscany, with its green park with shady areas dates from tall trees. It 'consists of 2 bedroom apartments and one studio, all with fully equipped kitchenette with electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, sofa bed, satellite tv, bathroom, shower, hair dryer, linens and towels. Complete the outside with garden or terrace furnished with tables and chairs and with exclusive garden for each apartment. In common use the park are the swimming pool with sun beds, solarium, relaxation-reading area, children's games and the new mountain-bikes. Parking and 'inside the closed electronic gate park. Nearby are medieval villages like Campiglia and Suvereto, with their archeominerari parks; the most 'famous wineries of Europe, with possibility' of food and wine tours of the spa Venturina with water up to 36 °; the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Baratti and Follonica behind still wild Mediterranean; the archaeological parks of Etruscan Populonia; Piombino with the imposing city walls designed by Leonardo da Vinci and the excursion to the harbor on Elba Island.
