This comfortable 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom property with private pool boasts the most wonderful, peace generating views at every turn!
The kitchen diner on the ground floor, which leads to the garden is light, airy and very well equipped.
The living room boasts an open fireplace and plenty of comfy seating for relaxing inside. There is an enormous corner sofa and a further 2 seater opposite the fireplace - just relax!
Upstairs there are 4 comfortable bedrooms (3 double and one twin) two of which are en - suite and one of which has a small terrace overlooking the ancient village in the distance - a romantic spot for breakfast or pre dinner drinks!
Outside, there is the private pool with internal steps and stunning views; sunbathing area; eating area under pergola; covered terrace with BBQ; wooden covered relaxing swing, and leading from the upstairs entrance a further terrace and a covered loggia.
Plenty of outside space to seek a little privacy from the rest of your group should you so desire.
Very peaceful and tranquil yet walking distance from small village and less than a 5 min drive to a large village with all facilities.

House can be entered from first floor where bedrooms are situated or from downstairs at the living area
Enter living area with fireplace, enormous comfortable corner sofa, and further two seater by fireplace.
Living room leads through to hallway with downstairs shower room.Hallway leads to kitchen/diner with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining table
Kitchen leads out onto patio area overlooking pool with mountains beyond.
Upstairs there are 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 of which have en suite shower rooms and one of which has a small terrace with beautiful views
Upstairs there is also a family bathroom with bathtub - ideal for a relaxing soak, or for those with small children.
Outside, there is a private pool 9.5M x 4M with Roman Steps.
Good sized eating and sunbathing area overlooking that wonderful mountainous view. Covered terrace with BBQ

Additionally, leading from upstairs there is further loggia and terrace for shady reading/relaxing.
There is also a small balcony leading from one of the bedrooms.

A little about location:
Casa Cascianella is situated just outside the ancient village of Cascianella with its tiny population, and a 10/15 minute walk from Casciana, which is a little busier and boasts a bar and shop! Despite the real feel of yesteryear, the stunning views and peace and quiet, it is only a 5 minute drive (or less) to the village of Piazza al Serchio with traditional local shops, supermarket, small Tuesday morning market, river, bars, restaurants and train station for easy exploring. In terms of larger towns, there is Castelnuovo the busy market town which is 20 mins or so away, the mediaeval town of Barga 45 minutes, and the walled city of Lucca, which is a must for a day out, 1 hr 15 mins or so.
TOURIST TAX - Do note that there is a local stay tax applicable at €1 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 nights. This does not apply to children under 14.
