Description

Nice and private room in beautiful house - office. Being located on the heart the first frame of Cancún; I have another room next to this, please ask diponibilidad.

You will be received by his host Francisco Lozano at home-office . Room with private bath, palapa area on comun area, smart tv, wi-fi and free parking.

15 minutes from beaches and 5 minutes walk from major shopping centers, banks, bars and restaurants, schools, Hospitals and drug stores.

Even so the house has minimum basic safety measures and high security locks on the entry doors

It has air conditioning, fan, well equipped, modern and clean with hot and cold water with private bath.

Services and common areas:

Each room has remote controls for air conditioning , TV, and fan (provided by host on entry)

Inside the house at your disposal, but sharing with another neighbor host a Chai type Palapa, hammock surrounded by plants with everything clean and comfortable armchairs in perfect condition. Where you can read an/or drink coffee.

Important: Not available for fiestas_Horario of discretion: - 7:00 a.m. 09:00 pm

The kitchen is only equipped to prepare coffee or a snack.

Each guest will have the attention of washing utensils you use.

Your room is cleaned ones a week only when you are out of it, otherwise the next day. In case the unit is rented monthly cleaning is on behalf of the host (talk to the host about this)

We have no washing machine but walking a block from the house there are two laundries with dry cleaning service.

There is secure parking spot per unit for your car outside the house.

Attention to guests

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Your room is in the center of town where you can go walking to the most important places within five minutes.

Banks, ATMs, malls, Walmart, Sams, OXXO, and EXXTRA, service centers, laundries, etc.

You find public transport around the corner to take you to the most important points of the city and bring you back to the hotel zone at just one block from the house.

Red Cross and drugstores open seven days a week and 24 hours a day.

The bus station is 10 minutes by taxi and can lead to Xcaret, Playa del Carmen, Chichen Itza, etc.

and only 5 minutes this transportation for Plaza Las Americas mall or shopping center, and transport and return, or if you prefer you can walk it is only 15 minutes walk. But if you need more secure taxi service I can provide you the information.

A 5 minute walk to public transportation came to take you to the airport.

The most important hospitals of Cancun are just 10 minutes drive.

HOUSE RULES

Guest is free to come in and out of unit with discretion and consideration to others.

Use only the palapa but do not use the balcony overlooking the street.

Smoking is not allowed.

Sorry NO PETS

No consumption of alcoholic beverages in units or palapa area _Thank you. Out of 9:00 P.M.

Cleaning areas that use of the palapa and kitchen are not included, please clean and wash so dirty.

No parties inside units or in palapa area.
