This modern villa will accommodate up to 10 people and has over 5,000 sq.ft of living space and terraces . It features a large living room, flat screen TV with DVD, dining room, kitchen with all the conveniences of a modern kitchen, laundry room, 4 full size bathrooms, each with a shower. One large terrace off the living room and another one off a seaside bedroom.
Located just steps away from the white silky beaches of the Mexican Caribbean, enjoy the sun on your private terraces or sunbath by the pool located just steps away from your front door. The upper terrace has a beautiful panoramic view of the aqua blue green ocean as far as your eyes can see north and south.
The living room features a large sectional couch that will seat more than 8 people, plus there are two side chairs. The dining room will seat 8 people in comfort and overlooks the ocean. If you love to cook, this kitchen offers you the room to prepare gourmet meals, afternoon snacks or cocktails at 6 to watch the sunset from the top terrace. This villa is designed to entertain and to enjoy your vacation with friends or family gathered together. Many holidays have been celebrated in this villa by the owner and their family and friends.
If you rent a car there is parking space available. Buses also run at all hours every few minutes and pick up in the front of the property for just a few pesos. These buses take you to all the Cancun restaurants and hot spots. Taxi's are also available in the front of the condo.
There is a front gate with 24-hour security.
The villa is air conditioned for your comfort and ceiling fans as well throughout the villa.

“Excellent”
