Siabod Cottage offers Luxury self catering for 2 - 4 people near Betws-y-Coed in Snowdonia National Park, North Wales. This holiday cottage retains it's traditional style and features and was originally a shippon......with all mod cons!! This comfortable cottage is centrally heated, double glazed, there is also a garden area from your patio.
The modern fully fitted farmhouse kitchen, has an integrated washer/dryer, dishwasher and an American fridge/freezer and ice maker. From the spacious kitchen/dining area there are French doors opening onto patio area with rattan garden furniture including 2 sun loungers and magnificent views overlooking the Snowdonia Mountain range. The patio is great for al-fresco dining while enjoying the views of the mountains.
In the lounge there are 2 leather sofas and an easy chair with Antique furniture and a wood burning effect gas stove to keep you warm on those chilly evenings!!....and a 40" flatscreen Freeview TV and DVD.
The double bedroom has a king-size bed is very spacious and truly romantic with country pine furniture, freeview TV (really handy if the children would like to watch their own programs) and en-suite with a roll top bath, toilet and basin. The twin en-suite has a shower, toilet and basin. There is also a toilet downstairs. We have a cot and high chair if need be.
We welcome 1 dog at £5 per night which you can pay in cash when you arrive (We do not allow dogs under 1yr old or to be left unattended in the cottage at any time).

Walkers & cyclists are welcome, and lockable storage is available for mountain bikes.

Siabod has a patio with magnificent far reaching uninterrupted views overlooking the Snowdonia Mountain Range - Watch the wildlife and livestock with cattle, sheep and lambs grazing the other side of the garden - depending on the season. If the chef would like a night off, Betws-y-Coed offers a quality bistro, restaurants and pubs with a wide range of cuisine from local Welsh produce to a fabulous award winning Indian restaurant that provides a take away service in Llanrwst.
Visitors will be spoilt for choice for the scenic locations and things to do in and around this popular National Park. There is a wonderful sense of peace and well being with landscapes for exploring, touring, walking routes, climbing, cycle paths while being a short drive from a number of historic towns such as the medieval walled town of Conwy, or the Victorian resort of Llandudno, numerous National Trust Properties, Slate Mines and Portmeirion. We are the perfect retreat centrally located for Mountains and Coast and within easy reach of all Top 10 Attractions of North Wales including the new Zip Wire, Tree Tops, Bounce-Below Caverns, Marin Bike Trails Glan-y-Gors Carting Bodnant Welsh food Centre and many more.
