“Excellent convenience and comfort!” Stayed in the apartment for approximately 10 days and it was an ideal accommodation to experience Santo Domingo and nearby beaches away from the tourist bubbles and in a superb residential area. Right from the start, Francisco and Gisselle were always very quick to respond and great to interact with. Francisco contacted me to confirm my arrival the day before and with one phone call once in Santo Domingo, the taxi from the airport found the apartment with no problem. Giselle was already at the apartment and the whole check-in process was extremely friendly and quick. The apartment itself has all the essential amenities and even comes with a blender which came in handy and towels for both the bathroom in the main bedroom as well as the guest bathroom, etc. All of the furniture and household items are kept in good condition and the stools by the kitchen are a very nice touch of elegance. I was even provided with an additional cooking pan with no troubles. Jose, the concierge in the building during the day, was always very helpful and friendly and often helped me with last-minute directions. The building itself is quiet, as are the neighboring residences, which makes for a very restful stay. Cleaning is also provided once a week at no extra charge. What I most valued was its superb location as a liquor store (Drinks to Go), a large supermarket, and numerous restaurants and similar venues are all within walking distance to the apartment. Also, finding my way back to the apartment by taxi from different spots in the city was relatively smooth and trouble-free even for a first-time visitor like me. I would have welcomed an apartment on a higher floor with a panoramic view or a bath tub in the main bathroom, but these are very minor aspects that hardly take away from the overall luxury of the apartment. Indeed, I highly recommend this apartment for the business traveler or those on vacation who are after a mix of ideal location and completely comfortable atmosphere.

“LOOK NO FURTHER” Do not look any further! This is the place to be! The Biggs brothers will take really good care of you, and make sure every single need is met. The condo is gigantic, has two floors, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a gazebo patio off the living room, and a HUGE open terrace, on the 2nd floor. Both ensuite bedrooms are on that second level. The upper deck, has a clear view of the Caribbean sea, table and chairs, and pads to sit on. Please bring them inside when you are done, so they stay nice, for others. Its a massive condo, and has a very well stocked kitchen. We cooked dinner twice, but we sure enjoyed our morning Blue mountain coffee, every morning, taking in these VIEWS! WI-FI worked perfectly, there is cable TV for evenings in, and even better, the sound system tunes into IRIE-FM or any station you choose. Harry came to fix a lock and bring us s brand new coffee pot, and he did it immediately! They will not "drag their feet, like other renters. Phillip & Harry were both there to greet us, and help carry in our bags and groceries. The tour was efficient and thorough. The bureau's for your clothes is gorgeous cedar as is the headboard on the bed. There is ample closet space in both bathroom areas, to hang dresses or clothes you do not want wrinkled. Yes, they have an ironing board too, in case that happens. The view is fantastic, and one day, a cruise ship came in, and we had front row seats. June has less cruise ships, so that is the time, to experience DUNNS RIVER FALLS, and enjoy it with 20 people, as opposed to hundreds of people. Traveling "off season", has its perks! There are (5) pools around this rambling complex, of gardens and steps. We used the one closest to the condo, a few times. If you have any issue with the pool, call the number on the sheet they leave, and literally, in (5) minutes, someone will be there. Our son, age 20 was traveling with my husband and I. Trip Advisor does not have a "drop-down", to click traveling with FAMILY. The stairs could be a challenge for wheel chairs, but other than that, the walk is doable. We are NEVER going to rent from anyone else, and neither should you. Harry came back (2) days before we left, to return our security deposit, so there is no issue with that. We are very neat and clean, so we swept and mopped, and took out the garbage, put every dish away. Its called RESPECT, and since we got it from these brothers, we returned the vibe. We also made sure to "pay it forward", and leave toilet paper, and garbage bags, for the next LUCKY RENTER! I am telling you, LOOK NO FURTHER. Even if you read negative reviews in other condos in this complex, you will NOT have any issues, with APARTMENT 2-A in PHASE 4. We rented a car, so we covered the entire North Coast, and visited many beaches. If you have a vehicle, I am going to recommend that you have to go to SUGAR POT BEACH. Its a secret place, down a dirt road, behind Rio Nuevo gas station. "off the beaten path", is where you find the best places. This is one of them. When you follow this dirt road to the sea, the beach is spectacular, private, has shady parking, and the bar area, is made of stone and drift wood. The restaurant is adorable and they have many choices of island delights! The food is to die for. I ate curry conch two days in a row, and it was the best I ever had! I have eaten it in every parish on this island, over 29 years. The curry goat was also fresh and very seasoned. I want to take this time to thank Phillip, Clayton & Harry Biggs. They were the nicest, most responsible, caring renters, we have ever come upon. We loved their vibes, and honest to God, you will too! They work together, and call the condo phone, to make sure, everything is going well. They REALLY want your trip to leave you feeling IRIE. Best 16 days in JAMAICA, ever! “Exactly as owner described and Perfect!” The pictures of the newly updated and fabulously equipped condo don't do it justice! Spotless, very comfortable and quiet in a great location with easy access to Puerto Plata and towns to the east. RoBert was very quick to return my calls and emails and very honest. A honorable man to do business with and a place you'll love.

“3 weeks in Paradise.” We have stayed in this wonderfull villa the last five years for shorter or longer time. We enjoyed to relax by the pool in the beautifull surroundings,take the boat out to one of the islands for a picnik, or to one of the resturants nearby. The Villa is tastefully decorated in antiguan style it is easy to feel at home and very comfetable. The garden is wonderfull and there is a little private beach where you can enjoy the morning swim. We enjoyed the evening on the terrace watching the boats anker up in the bay.

“Shangri La” This is a beautiful spot. The cottage itself was very clean and lovely. The sheets were excellent, and the kitchen had every cooking utensil needed, along with heavy bottomed cookware (excellent for cooking that cracked corn for grits!) Sara and Dan are very knowledgeable, and generous with said knowledge. The beach is a short walk and is gorgeous, and quiet. No complaints whatsoever!

“Perfect Getaway at the Kokomo” We rented the Kokomo Beach House in Casuarino Point for 9 days and was so totally impressed with the place that we felt like we were at home...everything you could possibly need or want was at the house. The house is beautifully decorated and the view from the front porch is priceless. We spent endless days and nights sitting on the porch enjoying a cocktail or two and just enjoying the view. The beach is a gorgeous white sand beach with turquoise waters to swim, paddle or boat on...walks on the beach in the early morning to the point to watch the sunrise were peaceful and beautiful...sunsets were watched right from our porch or out in front of the place on the beach...you get the best of both worlds from this location. Marsh Harbour is about 15 miles away, but this gives you the opportunity to pick up groceries, etc. while you are in town and enjoy grilling and making your meals back at the house. A very much needed fun relaxing trip was had by the 4 of us and highly recommend the renting of the Kokomo Beach House or one of Kathy's other 3 houses on Casuarino Point!

“Great Condo on Beach for Vacation Rental” Condo is even nicer than photos. A very spacious and relaxing 3 bedroom condo on Dover beach. End unit so master bedroom and patio has a wrap around view - a bonus. However, could be a little noisy with music on Friday nights from beach bar next door as at public beach entrance however, music only heard outside from patio, not when inside condo. Condo was very clean through out and the Condo building was very well maintained and secure. All staff encountered, including anita were warm and very helpful. Great location, just off the St. Lawrence Gap and lots of nearby restaurants and the like (ideally you would need to rent a car). Would recommend 100%

“We can't wait to go back!” We've been home from aruba for 4 days and we already miss it so much! The hospitality of Luis and Karen can not be topped! They added such a personal touch to our vacation. Abb is in a great location, especially if you like to snorkel/swim. The accommodations are simple but very clean and met any needs that we had for our stay, including snorkel gear and a hammock! There were enough kitchen tools/appliances to make simple meals for breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed dinner out at some fabulous aruban restaurants. We rented a car, which is must if you stay in this location, and found it very easy to get from aBB to both Baby Beach as well as in to town and to the North side resorts/beaches. We went to the resort beaches 1 day and were so happy to be able to leave and go back to our quiet cabana by the sea. The only problem that we had were the mosquitos that were out in the morning. It made it somewhat hard to sit outside on our porch to enjoy the breeze, but, we just took a couple of chairs and walked right across the street to the ocean front. We truly enjoyed our stay and can not wait to return!

“What you see is what you get !” It was exactly what we where looking for. It was easy to travel and to find what we need (grocery just in front). People of the resort are very nice and helpful. It was safe and clean. The condo was cleaned every day and we appreciate that. Thank you to the housekeeper. A good place to stay. The only thing that we mist, is a nice beach, but there was one not so far but we did'nt go. Thank you for sharing your place.
