“Total Relaxation” The location of this condo was perfect. A 2 min walk through the Turquesa grounds to the beach was no issue at all. Across the road everything you need for stocking up on groceries. Multiple local eateries and lots of very friendly Dominican residents who are very helpful and friendly. We stayed at Turquesa last year at a different condo and must say that we were very pleased with all that this had to offer. Very comfortable,with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen(important for those who like to cook). Theresa was very professional and attentive to all of our requests and made sure that we were very well taken care once we arrived by introducing us to Liz who was locally managing our stay. Liz was on hand for any questions that we had and responded right away. Loved it so much, we have booked again in 2015.

“Better than excellent!!” We've traveled many times to the DR and we never had such a wonderful , relaxing holiday. The manager/owner Liz goes beyond customer service, she made us feel like family. From the start of our reservation on line Liz was remarkable, she answered all our questions immediately. We traveled with family and Liz was able to make available two other condos for the family traveling down to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Each and everyone of our group will definitely be returning. The condo had absolutely everything we needed along with a beautiful breeze on the balcony and close to the vast private section of the beach and all the restaurants. If you do not feel like cooking lunch you can order at the beach from the wonderful restaurant called Citrus. Very reasonably priced and great food. Within 3-5minutes there are over 6 wonderful restaurants The Bartender in the pool is always ready to make you an excellent drink. The grounds of Playa Turquesa were immaculate as was every other section of this gorgeous property. We will return in the near future.

“Wonderful time in Playa Dorada” We stayed in Playa Dorada for the month of March 2014 and we really enjoyed it. I have travel a lot and stayed in many different hotel and condos, but this was the best. What you see on the internet, is the absolute truth. Cindy is a very honest and caring owner. I did have a couple minor issues during my stay, but they were quickly handle after I contacted Cindy. The condo is fantastic with very nice and comfortable furnitures and TVs, and the kitchen is ultra modern. We also really appreciated the outdoor BBQ (a very big and nice BBQ). The San Marino complexe is very nice and secure. The swimming pool is big and clean and the beach is only a five minutes walk from the condo, and at the beach you have very nice chairs and umbrellas. The staff at San Marino is excellent, the laundry service is great and not expensive. The condo is only ten minutes to Puerto Plata by taxi where you have the Las Sirenas store which is just like a WalMart (this is where we when for grocery shopping) they also have a Domino's Pizza. I visited the old San Felipe Fort, I went to the top of the mountain in the teleferic and had a really great time visiting many places around Puerto Plata. The only thing missing as far as I am concern, is something like a seven eleven in the plaza in the front of the condo. They have many things, but not your basic like bread, cold meat, butter and eggs. Beside that, they have many things. With all the condos being built around Playa Dorada, maybe someone will invest in a seven eleven or something like that. Beside that, everything was excellent, and God willing, I will go back next year.

“Great Downtime in San Juan” Unit was perfect for a getaway week in San Juan. We were on the beach every day which provided warm water, sun, and shade. Condo was perfect size for us, and on 15th floor very safe, quiet, and private. Had everything we needed, washer-dryer, etc. Building employees very courteous and helpful. Variety of restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. We did not have to rent a car. We ate breakfast and lunch in condo, then ate dinner out every day. Pool deck is beautiful and health club a big plus. Overall great place to relax, chill out, and enjoy the ambiance.

“Perfect For a Family. Best Owner Hospitality! Great for Cooking” Newly renovated. We have 3 teenagers who need their own space. Everyone had their own beds and we had the entire penthouse suite to ourselves! Kitchen was beautiful and functional. Everything you need. Since it's a penthouse there is a large balcony facing out (with trees). Every day we ate all our meals, read books and at night played games out there. Weather is nice even in the evening or in the rain. Never used the inside table for eating. Since the bathrooms' sink separate; it's multi-user without waiting. This property was quiet and safe. We travel a lot and felt a lot more safe here than Mexico; travelling with teens... Cindy was the best owner I have ever encountered and we rent often. With Wi-Fi at the center of the complex, free messaging worked great. She provided so much information and help. Since she speaks 2 languages, she would call the front desk and arrange anything. I have a bad medical condition and since our King bed was hurting bad, she had a bed topper shipped immediately at her expense! So now vacationers have 2 choices. Since 1/2 her family is local, she arranged many trustworthy excursions from her U.S. home. She arranged a great driver at reasonable cost in a superbly clean Honda van (we are too big for a car). Believe me, after a few other taxi rides, he's a safer driver and spoke decent English for local info. The beach was pristine and not too busy. We walked a long way on both sides and this is the most protected from winds, less busy and with an open restaurant/ bar right there. Also since many locals own in this resort, not too many venders bother this area! Are the pictures accurate? No. It's actually nicer than it shows. Really! Proximity to everything is nice. Short taxi rides to a Walmart type supermarket and a lot of attractions. Taxis at the gate hose you. Use Cindy or recommendations from other owners in the resort for transport. Cindy also gave us a valuable restaurant list. She is very organized. Great 14 day vacation!

“Fantastic!!!” Alex,thank you so much for renting us your beautiful apartment and for making the rental process so much easier and the service you provided. It was perfect! We all had a great time. The apartment had every comfort we could have hoped for and absolutely everything we needed. It was very well kept. The location of the apartment was good and the 3 swimming pools and its facilities were exceptional. I liked everything about it. The fact of the controls at the gates are very reassuring. I did not appreciate the attitude of the female guard towards some other guests (not within our party)where instead of directing herself verbally to him, she basically blew her whistle in his ear and pointed to him with gestures what he was doing wrong. It was the only negative thing I can mention. Once again..it was a fantastic stay and would rent the same apartment again!

“A Grand Cayman Pearl for quiet enjoyment” We contacted the owner on line and received instant reponse to our inquiries and when we arrived at our designated time for a month we found everything that we had anticipated and more. The interior is bright and tropical and the kitchen was well equipment to accommodate whatever we decided to cook in house.The beds are comfortable and located so you can see, hear and smell the tropics.The snorkling off the beach is awesome when the water is calm and there are numerous sites within a short drive.Wifi TV and stereo were all there if you wished to use them. A vehicle is a must to get to enjoy the sites and venues of the island and to taste the Cayman cuisine. The management staff were at your instant call when needed. “Better than expected” We loved our stay at Seawinds. The apartment was clean, spacious, exactly like the pictures, on a beautiful development and right at the deep-blue and turquoise ocean - the view is just breathtaking. The condo itself is well maintained and has all the appliances you need and more, nice big flatscreen TV and two great balconies with furniture. It was also very nice that things like suntan lotion and dishwasher detergent were available, so you don't have to buy all that stuff. There are plenty of plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc. The water heater broke during our stay, but it was quickly repaired the next day. We did have a couple of issues: 1) the water pressure is looow, it was so low that I couldn't get the jacuzzi to fill and I gave up after 45 minutes (pretty sure water pressure can't be fixed) 2) there was no manual in the apartment to explain how to use the WiFi (the password, that it works great on the balcony and the pool, but not in the bedroom), the TV, the water heater, etc., but we worked around that. The condo complex is also well maintained - there were people daily cleaning the pool, removing fallen leaves, etc. Loungers and chairs at the pool(s) are plenty and comfortable (there are 4 pools, but they're all really close together, so it feels more like one big pool). The water in the pools was a bit nippy, not something we would hang around in for hours. In fact, the ocean was warmer. There were hardly any other people, so if you like it nice and quiet, this is the place. The complex is about 20 minutes walk over the beach from most of the restaurants and we walked there every single night - very romantic in the moonlight! There are plenty of restaurants on the beach, from very simple to quite exquisite. Especially La Casita de Papi is worth mentioning. Activities also plenty (to participate or watch from the pool area) like horseback riding, kite boarding, windsurfing, etc. We would definitely recommend this place - you will not be disappointed.

“beautiful escape” My friend and I recently stayed here and we loved it. The owner bancroft is very friendly and goes out of his way to accommodate his guest. He emailed me with the latest updates about the place and had a very helpful security guard. The security guard was also helpful with giving us directions to get around Jamaica. I absolutely recommend tho place, the view is spectacular. The stairs to the place is a little steer but just be careful. I'll definitely stay here again!!!

“LOOK NO FURTHER” Do not look any further! This is the place to be! The Biggs brothers will take really good care of you, and make sure every single need is met. The condo is gigantic, has two floors, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a gazebo patio off the living room, and a HUGE open terrace, on the 2nd floor. Both ensuite bedrooms are on that second level. The upper deck, has a clear view of the Caribbean sea, table and chairs, and pads to sit on. Please bring them inside when you are done, so they stay nice, for others. Its a massive condo, and has a very well stocked kitchen. We cooked dinner twice, but we sure enjoyed our morning Blue mountain coffee, every morning, taking in these VIEWS! WI-FI worked perfectly, there is cable TV for evenings in, and even better, the sound system tunes into IRIE-FM or any station you choose. Harry came to fix a lock and bring us s brand new coffee pot, and he did it immediately! They will not "drag their feet, like other renters. Phillip & Harry were both there to greet us, and help carry in our bags and groceries. The tour was efficient and thorough. The bureau's for your clothes is gorgeous cedar as is the headboard on the bed. There is ample closet space in both bathroom areas, to hang dresses or clothes you do not want wrinkled. Yes, they have an ironing board too, in case that happens. The view is fantastic, and one day, a cruise ship came in, and we had front row seats. June has less cruise ships, so that is the time, to experience DUNNS RIVER FALLS, and enjoy it with 20 people, as opposed to hundreds of people. Traveling "off season", has its perks! There are (5) pools around this rambling complex, of gardens and steps. We used the one closest to the condo, a few times. If you have any issue with the pool, call the number on the sheet they leave, and literally, in (5) minutes, someone will be there. Our son, age 20 was traveling with my husband and I. Trip Advisor does not have a "drop-down", to click traveling with FAMILY. The stairs could be a challenge for wheel chairs, but other than that, the walk is doable. We are NEVER going to rent from anyone else, and neither should you. Harry came back (2) days before we left, to return our security deposit, so there is no issue with that. We are very neat and clean, so we swept and mopped, and took out the garbage, put every dish away. Its called RESPECT, and since we got it from these brothers, we returned the vibe. We also made sure to "pay it forward", and leave toilet paper, and garbage bags, for the next LUCKY RENTER! I am telling you, LOOK NO FURTHER. Even if you read negative reviews in other condos in this complex, you will NOT have any issues, with APARTMENT 2-A in PHASE 4. We rented a car, so we covered the entire North Coast, and visited many beaches. If you have a vehicle, I am going to recommend that you have to go to SUGAR POT BEACH. Its a secret place, down a dirt road, behind Rio Nuevo gas station. "off the beaten path", is where you find the best places. This is one of them. When you follow this dirt road to the sea, the beach is spectacular, private, has shady parking, and the bar area, is made of stone and drift wood. The restaurant is adorable and they have many choices of island delights! The food is to die for. I ate curry conch two days in a row, and it was the best I ever had! I have eaten it in every parish on this island, over 29 years. The curry goat was also fresh and very seasoned. I want to take this time to thank Phillip, Clayton & Harry Biggs. They were the nicest, most responsible, caring renters, we have ever come upon. We loved their vibes, and honest to God, you will too! They work together, and call the condo phone, to make sure, everything is going well. They REALLY want your trip to leave you feeling IRIE. Best 16 days in JAMAICA, ever! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR IRIE HEARTS, and see you next time, for sure!

“WONDERFUL TIME!” Property is beautiful....This is my second stay at the Palmyra and once again we had a wonderful time. This is a condo that is built on the most beautiful beach there is in Montego Bay, between the former Ritz Carlton and Hilton Rosehall hotels. We had views of both beach and mountains.
