La Pineta is located on the edge of a small friendly village..
The wonderful coastline is about 30 minutes by car - we particularly recommend San Terenzo and Lerici - while the motorway network - 20 minutes away - gives easy access to the whole region and beyond. There is also an excellent railway network - cheap and reliable - with the nearest station (Minucciano-Pieve-Casola) 10 minutes drive from the house (Lucca Direct in 90 minutes)
A private 10 x 5 metre swimming pool is set in the garden for the exclusive use of guests.
The house has 2 terraces from which to enjoy the outstanding views and the larger terrace is very spacious and ideal for a long leisurely meal. Inside, the house is exceptionally well furnished and equipped and there are TV/DVD in 3 rooms with Android TV boxes providing English channels.
The house would be perfect for 2 families or for one larger group wanting more space.
We can also offer our 'Chef at Home service for guests who do not want to cook! Please see the photos section for more information.

“great value for money”
Very clean, spacious and comfortable villa (good beds and showers) with great views of the mountains. Excellently situated for a family that looks for a quiet place to stay, but also wants a lot of activities with 1 hour drive. We did a lot of cycling and walking activities and combined this with lazy days on the beach at Lerici. The villa has a large and well equipped kitchen, but we hardly used the kitchen because of the nearby restaurant. The restaurants all have an excellent value for money ratio.

“Great place to chill out in Tuscany”
This ais a lovely vacation rental and I can't praise the house or the area too highly. The accommodation is spacious, well furnished and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. There is a lovely sun terrace where we took breakfast most mornings. The view is amazing. We ate out most lunch times and evenings because the local restaurants are great value and the food is so very tasty! Three course meal with bread and wine was 12 euros! We were a group ranging from teenagers to pensioners and a good time was had by all. So good that we will be returning next summer. Whilst there we visited quite a few local and not so local beauty spots. Luca, Pisa and Parma are all within easy reach for good days out. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.
