On two floors, this apartment of 96 qm, on the ground floor has an entrance, a sitting room with a double divan bed (for 1 child up to 1.50 m tall), a dining room with fully equipped kitchenette and a small bedroom with two single beds. The first floor consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms of which one with shower and the other with both bathtub and shower. Outside private space with garden and porch furnished with table and chairs. Free internet wi fi.
This little medieval hamlet has been completely restored, maintaining its characteristic features, and transformed into comfortable holiday apartments. Located among the gently rolling hills of Chianti at Casole d'Elsa (10km), between Siena (30km) and Monteriggioni (23km), this holiday farmhouse consists of two cottages and a barn renovated into 8 comfortable self-catering apartments with particular attention in maintaining the traditional Tuscan characteristics such as the wooden beam ceilings, the terracotta tile flooring, the stone fireplaces and the built-in kitchens. Each flat has an independent entrance, private garden and furnished porch. Surrounded by the luxuriant Tuscan countryside with its vineyards and ilex groves, the estate also offers its guests a large swimming pool (16x8, open May-Oct) provided with deck chairs and beach umbrellas, shady pergolas where to relax under the blooms, a stone barbecue with four burners, a bowling green for bocce, a volleyball court, a shed full of mountain bikes, a laundrette and a nature friendly carport.
The position of this elegant and typical farmhouse is ideal for visiting art centres such as Siena, San Gimignano (20km), Monteriggioni and Volterra (40km), while nature lovers can enjoy long walks through the woods and vineyards. Florence is only 60km away. Nearest supermarket 3km, one Restaurant is ca. 800 mt away, other at 3-5 km
