Description
The old farmhouse and its ancient barn have been restructured and turned into seven apartments furnished with extreme attention to detail. There is the possibility to book the whole farm (total 23 beds), for groups wishing privacy and autonomy but also the opportunity of large common areas where cooking and eating together: a large living room with fireplace, a sitting area and fully equipped kitchen.
Dovecote - beds: 4 + 2
A romantic apartment located in the ancient residence, near the forest, in the attic. Comprising kitchen / dining room, two double rooms with extra bed and bathroom. The decor consists of furniture and wrought iron beds.
Courtyard - beds: 2
Lovely apartment on the first floor of the house, with kitchenette dining room, two double beds, bathroom. This apartment overlooks the courtyard below and the pool. Furnished in Tuscan style, with fabrics in shades of blue.
Oak - beds: 2
L 'apartment on the first floor of the house, overlooking the courtyard. It consists of an open plan kitchen dining room, a spacious double bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom. Completing the Oak furniture with Tuscan-style furniture and plaids in shades of green English.

A romantic apartment on the first floor of the manor house with direct access. Consisting of 2 beds with bed, kitchen for lunch and bathroom, all in shades of burgundy color.

This romantic and charming studio located on the farmhouse restored original woodshed and totally independent from the other structures. The apartment a studio apartment, consisting of kitchen dining room, two beds in comfortable double bed, bathroom. The Woodshed burgundy color. From this apartment you have a wonderful view of the village of Lorenzano 'and on the Catenaia. Accompanying the apartment a garden with dining table.

In the garden, the pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace and a shaded area is the large dining area and barbecue where all the guests can eat "al fresco" during the summer.

Podere Sant 'Egidio is Also near to Arezzo, Florence, and Siena. We rent out our three cottages, furnished in the best traditional Tuscan style, but Also paying attention to the current tastes.
The farmhouse and its ancient barn restored and sono stati Restructured by our expert team of builders - a well-established home-building company that works in this field since 1948 - who managed to create the perfect traditional atmosphere in the cottages.
As a matter of fact, we tried to create the typical Tuscan house as accurately as possible, with wooden beams in plain sight, terracotta floors and stone walls. The carefully chosen furniture and the original details, along with a wise work of restoration by our experts create an atmosphere of sincere hospitality. We disposed the furniture with the goal of conveying a pleasant sensation of peace and relaxation to our guests.
Podere Sant'Egidio is the right place for travelers' individual, couples, families, or groups of friends who want to experience the natural beauty of Tuscany.
At the guests' disposal, we have created a large common space That includes a living room and a kitchen. There is Also an ample common area in cui up to 25 people can eat or have a barbecue in our wonderful garden, completely surrounded by a green sea of trees, flowers and hills. In the garden, our large swimming pool is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding sun terrace.

Daniel comprendiamo che gli addebiti fatti per i danni creati per la vostra inciviltà pesano, ma in confronto ad aver bruciato un lettino, aver urinato sui letti e divani oltre ad aver lasciato tutta la struttura sporchissima crediamo sia poca cosa fare recensioni di parte. Solo perché la persona del gruppo che ha fatto la prenotazione si è comportata in modo educato, vi ha risparmiato una denuncia alle autorità per furto e danni a proprietà privata. Accettiamo le critiche ma solo fondate su verità e non sicuramente a chi deve essere insegnata l'educazione ed il rispetto delle proprietà altrui. Mr. Daniel we understand that the charges made for the damage created for your incivility weigh, but in comparison to having burned a bed, urinating on the beds and sofas as well as having left the whole structure very dirty we believe it is little thing to do partisan reviews. Just because the person in the group who made the reservation behaved in a polite manner, he spared you a complaint to the authorities for theft and damage to private property. We accept criticism but only based on truth and certainly not who should be taught about education and respect for the property of others.
