"A lovely home from home - and great for our travels in Tuscany" Villa Pelegrini is a recently refurbished farmhouse settled within a small Tuscan hamlet close to the famous town of Castiglion Fiorentino. Offering four large bedrooms , a modern kitchen and, charming garden, it offers an affordable vacation base from which to explore the many wonderful towns, wineries and festivals for which Tuscany is famed.

Although a pool is absent ,making it inexpensive by comparison, the property offers lots of space both inside and out. Everything has been refurbished with the owners wanting to offer both comfort and charm to their many guests

The property: Over two floors, you will find 4 large bedrooms, three with double (queen) beds, and another with twin beds along with three bathrooms,

The farmhouse also offers two sitting rooms, one with a lovely and antique fireplace - perfect for the chillier months. From the second sitting room, there is additional access to one of the two garden areas where you will find a pergola and dining facilities - perfect to enjoy any family gathering. Behind the farmhouse are olive groves and other Tuscan countryside to enjoy.

The owners here are keen that you enjoy their region and the property provides guides and other information

Please note, that heating charges during cooler months are charged extra and per consumption.

How do damage deposits work?
