Description
The house is located in the village of Ksirokampi, 4 klm from the sea and the central road, where you can find supermarkets, bar-restaurants , shops etc.
The house has been recently beautifully redecorated internally in all its rooms. Moreover it is fully equipped and furnished with all accessories .
-In the living room there is a satellite TV and a comfortable sofa for extra person to sleep in.
-The kitchen is furnished with a big refrigerator, cooking top, oven, toaster, electric juicer, dish-washer, barbecue grill kit, complete pots and pans for cooking.we also provide to all our guests, fresh fruit and vegetables and our organic olive oil as well as our tasteful wine.
-The house can host up to 9 visitors.There are 4 bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom and air conditions in all bedrooms.
There is a washing machine at your disposa, radio and CD-player, baby-cot. The house includes heating, air-conditioningand, and in general, all the basic home equipment.
Externally the villa is surrounded by green nature. In the garden there is a swimming pool
-It is very easy to go to the most beautiful and famous beaches of Crete [ Elafonissi, Falasarna, Balos etc] and that is because the house is very near to the highway, without even passing from the very crowded village of Platanias or the city of Chania, avoiding the traffic jam.
For those who love walking or cycling (mountain bike), there are many trails in the surrounding areas of the villa that penetrate into the wonderful nature of the olive and passing through narrow paths of small typical Cretan villages.
Do not miss to taste the local wine which is produced in their really well looked-after cellar which is maintained in special butts and bottles.
Cross the calm little street passing from the house and you will find the garden. From there you may pick, on your own, the fruits and vegetables.
Just at the house?s entrance, under the pavilion, there is a nice little corner specially designed to make you feel relaxed. In this same place, you will find the traditional “rakokazano” (a caldron where we put the region?s local traditional spirit, “raki”), which is a must in all original Cretan houses.
At your disposal are, as well, two traditional ovens, while Sarris family is there to teach you the basic tips to bake on wood.

“Wonderful villa”
Perfect house for 6 - 8 persons, nice landlord, ideal distance for trips all over west Crete. Not so hot in the summer thanks to a nice garden. Very good value for money.

Il soggiorno presso la Sarris hause è ormai per noi una tradizione irrinunciabile. Gli ambienti sono veramente belli, impeccabile la pulizia e a garantire la riuscita del relax e della vacanza la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei Proprietari che ormai consideriamo carissimi amici. La location è molto bella e dalla casa sono raggiungibili le più belle spiagge di Creta. Ci ritorneremo anche quest'anno per la terza volta!
