In the historical center of the old town of Chania, a few meters behind the Saint Nicolas church in a small pedestrian street where there is a number of old buildings that still standing which are reminiscent of the long history of the city, you will find the Villa Splantzia.
Villa Splantzia is a beautiful and spacious house (200sqm & 80sqm of garden ) from the 18th century, recently restored while retaining its original character. The renovations allowed to preserve its former greatness. Everything has been renovated to highlight its unique features without sacrificing the details and at the same time to reflect the creative talent of the owners who took care of the renovation of the villa.
While in the city's Historical center, Villa Splantzia is a peaceful island. You will be charmed by its incredible garden, you will feel that you arrived in paradise; you will be pleasantly surprised by the mixing of the old and new, its fireplace, antiques and modern touches.
The beautiful garden with the high walls that offer total privacy, the lawn, the plants and the elegant garden furniture, the patio with the Jacuzzi and Jacuzzi - pool (6sqm), the fireplace , the cozy and spacious living room, the luxury and highly equipped kitchen, invite you to relax with friends or family around a glass of wine after a long day of walking in the alleys of the old city.

Security cameras, smoke detectors, security lights, safe, air conditioning, satellite LCD TV, Wi-Fi (free of charge), washing-machine, iron & ironing board, baby cot, hair dryer, bathroom scales, luxury linen, beach towels, products of care and also for cleaning.

Peggy’s place is perfect for a large group. Location is in old town, a few streets from the Harbour. Nice and quiet. Lots and lots of room and strong A/C ! I would book again.
