Description
Villa Velia is in the countryside of Chianciano Terme, in panoramic position, overlooking the lakes of Montepulciano, Chiusi and Trasimeno and over hills between Val d'Orcia and Val di Chiana of Siena.
Strategically located, just 7 kilometers from the A1 motorway, this property is well connected with the best cultural and gastronomic itineraries in Tuscany and Umbria.
The owners live in the house and they are willing to help you with tips and information about the area.
The property has a large air-conditioned lounge for guests with panoramic terrace, free Wi-Fi and Hi-Fi audio video system.
At the guests' disposal a large private and nightly closed parking and a furnished garden.
From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the Tuscan countryside.
The suite is located on the first floor with an indipendent entrance. It has a bedroom with matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches) and a large window with a wonderful view of the countryside. This bedroom has a bathroom equipped with large shower.
The other three rooms are located on the second floor and have matrimonial beds (160 cm/62 inches), air conditioning, parquet floors, view of the hills.
One of them has an en suite bathroom with a window overlooking the garden, the other two share a large, bright bathroom with shower and window.
The accommodation is in Bed & Breakfast formula, and the price is for a max. of 8 persons.
The use of the kitchen is not allowed to the guests.
An attendant will always be present in the Villa for provide assistance to guests.
Just thirty meters from the Villa is located a great traditional Tuscan restaurant that give discounts to our customers and offers a paid service catering if you prefer to eat inside the Villa.
For book only one bedroom for two people you can require information.
