Apartment situated on the first floor, with independent entrance in a small building on two levels, sleeps 6 persons. Very cosy and warm apartment, recently renovated, has two spacious double rooms (approx. 20 sqm to local).

1 room with a double bed and a single bed, ceiling in typical Tuscan style with exposed rafters, tastefully furnished, equipped and finished with wardrobe and mirror cabinet.

The window of the room is illuminated by the Sun, where you can enjoy the view of the sun rising in the morning and shade in the afternoon with a beautiful view of the countryside, surrounded by the hills on which Volterra.

2 bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed/futon large, ceiling in typical Tuscan style with exposed rafters, with closet wardrobe and a table.

Spacious bathroom with shower cabin, wc, bidet, sink, equipped with mirror, towels, hair dryer.

The spacious and brightly lit kitchen equipped with crockery and cutlery, kitchenware, refrigerator, cooker 4 Burner Stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, color TV, dining table with six chairs, The kitchen window and located on the side of the camera 1.

The apartment has a large room-laundry with adjoining terrace with tenditoio, equipped with sink, washing machine.

Apartment is complete with 3 terraces: from which a large furnished terrace with barbecue, garden table, chairs and beach umbrella where you can enjoy moments of peace and quiet, in midsummer, fresh air and ventilation.

All rooms are combined and connected to the gateway via a corridor.

In front of the House there is a private parking for two cars, useful for loading/unloading luggage so as not to have to carry for long distances.

The palazzo is inhabited year-round and the apartment is heated by means of the centralized system of the building so even in winter you will find a comfortable temperature from the first moment.
