Description
Characteristic stone house dating back to the 15th century medieval village, just restored the typicality and the Tuscan tradition, particularly suitable for those who want to live and relax in an old set and attention to detail, a few steps from the historic centre of the town.
The village called Mercatale, located in Chianni which is a small country in the heart of the Pisan hills at about 10 km from the town of Lajatico, Andrea Bocelli, with his ' theatre of silence '.
Chianni has a dominant position over the Valley of the era, is an excellent starting point for excursions to the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany such as Volterra, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano and Siena.
The House is fully furnished in Tuscan style and consists of a beautiful stone Tavern in face view in which during the renovation were found # 2 cisterns carved from stone and now used as a small wine cellar.
The thoroughly equipped kitchen, fireplace and a flat-screen tv even these in cool and spacious Tavern.
Living room with double sofa bed, fireplace, tv, small and quaint bathroom with shower, double bedroom, bedroom with en-suite shower room, utility room with washing machine, balcony.
Outside nice and garden with barbecue, umbrella, table and chairs.
