This room has all the amenities of a small condo, and is perfect if you plan to be out sightseeing all day. There is a small kitchenette with a table, but the table gets folded up and tucked along the wall when the murphy bed is down. We left it down the whole time and ate out for lunch and dinner, so that was not an issue. There is a full-size frig, several bowls/plates/glasses/mugs in the cupboard, and some scant (yet adequate) silverware. We ate a bowl of cereal each morning before we headed into the city. Both the bed and the couch are very comfortable for sleeping.
The blue line is a 15-min walk, and the bus to the red and brown lines is a block away. Both seem to run 24 hrs a day. The only caution is that if you walk to the blue line, you must cross under the bridge for I-94, which is where the pigeons roost and some homeless men stay. We were able to walk around them without disturbance, and there was no trouble, but it may be uncomfortable for a single woman (in that case, just take the bus to the red/brown lines - they all converge downtown in the loop anyway).
Hanne was very helpful, and her communications were all prompt and professional. I would stay there again!
