Description

The idyllic hamlet of “Doccione di Sotto” which consists of three former farm houses, is located in a quite remote area of the Tuscan mountains.

We carefully restored our old stone cottages. To the houses belong two large lawns with a pool (9x6m) for swimming, playing, sun bathing, relaxing and to recover from the trips to the cultural centres, as well as a sauna. For year round comfort, the accommodation features wood central heating and during the summer months we use a solar hot water system.

The property is now producing solar electricity to provide a carbon-neutral environment. WLAN available.

Our B&B in the house „Casa Nonna” has a double bed, living room with sofa bed, well equipped kitchen with stove and oven and bathroom (shower). It offers place for up to 2 persons. A lovely sun terrace with view on the valley and a second one on the other side of the house for the morning sun belong to it.

How do damage deposits work?
