Un casolare in un ambiente incontaminato. La Rogaia è un casale di campagna situato in posizione appartata sulle colline vicino alla città di Arezzo, posto tra la Val d'Ambra e la Valdichiana, e circondato da oliveti, vigneti e boschi rigogliosi. Si raggiunge tramite una strada non asfaltata attraverso il bosco, ben tenuta e solo a tratti un po’ ripida, una volta sul posto verrete ricompensati con la vera pace e la tranquillità.
La vicina città di Arezzo. Consigliamo assolutamente una visita alla vicina città di Arezzo che dista solo 10 km, alle opere d'arte di Piero della Francesca, Giorgio Vasari, Cimabue, una passeggiata lungo le viuzze del centro storico ed un calice di vino nella stupenda cornice medievale di Piazza Grande. La Rogaia è situata in una zona strategica della Toscana, quindi sarà facile raggiungere Firenze (75 km), Siena (60 km), Cortona (30 km) per una comoda gita di un giorno.
La vista dalla piscina. Il vero fiore all'occhiello della casa, secondo noi, è la vista mozzafiato che si gode dalla panoramicissima piscina (dim. di m. 5x10, profondità m. 0,90-1,95 completamente recintata, sicura per i bambini e dotata di doccia solare - aperta dal 14 Maggio al 20 Settembre), attrezzata con arredamento da esterni in ferro battuto, ombrelloni, zona barbecue ed un gazebo con salottino da dove godere la vista di tramonti indimenticabili. Uno spazio che accoglierà i vostri momenti più belli in compagnia. La Rogaia è arredata con gusto e cura dai proprietari che producono anche un ottimo olio extravergine di oliva biologico; a disposizione anche attrezzi ginnici, biliardino e giochi da tavolo. PIANO TERRA: veranda con tavolo e divano, soggiorno con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto e bagno con vasca. PIANO PRIMO: con accesso da scala interna, due camere matrimoniali, camera con due letti singoli, camera singola e bagno con doccia. In posizione panoramicissima si trova un gazebo in legno attrezzato con mobile cucina, frigorifero, attrezzi ginnici, biliardino e giochi da tavolo.IN DOTAZIONE: frigorifero con congelatore, seggiolone per bambini, barbecue, lavastoviglie, TV satellitare, forno, zanzariere, connessione Internet Wi-Fi, macchina da caffè americana, moka, biliardino, ventilatori nelle camere da letto.
