The barn was the enchanted place of my youth rushes, when I grew up I realized the dream which was of my grandfather before and after of my dad.

Welcome to “Casale il Granaio”
A magic place in the heart of Valdichiana...
In the heart of Valdichana, bordering on Umbria, a few km from Trasimeno lake and in the middle between the cities of Arezzo and Perugia, from here is easy also to reach Montepulciano, Siena, Pienza, Rapolano and Spoleto.
The cottage is in a evocative hamlet in the countryside, consisting of 4 houses originally intended to be the villa, the sharecropper's house, the stable and the granary; nearby there are the farmland and graceful old church still consecrated.
I'm sure you to be at your ease in our homely atmosphere, of ancient and simple tastes.

You will feel as at home

The apartment is located at ground floor of a two floors' cottage, dates back to the end of 1800 and is completely renovated. Perfect to accommodate 4 guests, who can enjoy the garden, the park below in a full and complete relax.
In renovating we respected environmental and landscape bindings, never forgetting Tuscany cottages' tradition and typology; everything was scrupulously taken care: the plan, material choice and reclamation, external arrangement and interior decoration. We gave priority to sobriety, functionality and neatness, and care to details and particulars.
