Located close to the ancient medieval areas of Castiglion Fiorentino and Lucignano, the Etruscan town of Cortona and the castle of Montecchio Vesponi, and set in a lovely Villa Rosa dei Venti amongst a luxurious landscape, sprinkled with olive trees, cypress and sunflowers, Apartment Scirocco invites you to an unforgettable experience of Tuscany's historical and natural magnificence.
The ground floor which once housed a spinning mill where young women wove various items of hemp and linen now contains a reception area, where a family member owning the Villa will be present to welcome guests and ensure their stay is of the utmost comfort.
The apartment is also situated on the ground floor and has its own private entrance. It contains a comfortably furnished living and dining room with a fireplace, a kitchen, one master bedroom and a second bedroom containing two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
There is a church and cafe located just a short walk away from the Villa, and in the nearby towns of Camucia and Foiano della Chiana there are an abundance of cafes, bars, antique shops, markets, clothing stores, hairdressers, banks and pharmacies for your enjoyment and convenience.
Three lovely apartments Apartment Maestrale and Apartment Grecale including Apartment Scirocco and two cottages Cottage Libeccio and Cottage Aliseo were created within the estate all of them are comfortably furnished, suitable for all kinds of customers and can be rented together to cater 20 guests.
