Description
The "Fattoria Borgonuovo" is located in an agricultural and hilly area of the Val di Chiana, very close to the beautiful and old town of Cortona, and a short distance from the most important historical and wine centers of the southern part of Tuscany, as, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Siena, Chianti.
There are a total of 3 mini-villas apartments of 60 square meters each, made up of bricks and stones, a tipical way of building of the area.
Each apartment is a 2+2, which consists of a bedroom with double bed and a living room with double sofa bed.
Equipment includes mini stove, refrigerator, air conditioning system, heating system, free Internet wifi connection, satellite TV, bathroom with shower.
Each apartment has an outside area where you can eat and relax with table, chairs and barbecue.
Outside there is a large garden with a swimming pool 6x12m.
For those who want to be always in phone contact with relatives, friends or for work in the area is available an excellent Lte 4G mobile coverage.
Recommended for families with children or for those who want peace and ease in the movements.
