Description
Casa Mia in Cortona is located in the historic city center, a short walk from all the most beautiful and evocative. Casa Mia in Cortona is a house on two levels, completely renovated with all modern comforts, but so tied to the culture of the place for submission finishes in major local materials: precious woods, stone, ancient terracotta, travertine and iron beat, polychrome marbles and copper are the main elements that characterize the property. The house is actually a suite with a kitchenette on the ground floor kitchen, and a lovely master bedroom on the first floor, reached by a staircase of stone, ancient and illuminated by LED lights. In the room, a lovely little log fire of 1800, mirrors and antique lamps, a modern bed with Waterlily mattress, a small sitting room by room, and two closets with in old-fashioned wooden doors. The bathroom, very bright, with beautiful Velux window to electronic sensors, offers toilet, bidet, sink and a beautiful walk-in shower with overhead, hand and waterfall (mini SPA) .Vista gorgeous. < > "Please Ensure you read and agree to the Following rules before booking the home" (in case of non-compliance we will be forced to charge any associated expenses) Respect the basic rules of coexistence and civil life, respect the place and avoid behavior that can disturb. Leave what the kitchenette clean as possible (wash, if used, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc.) and of course the bathroom. Throw garbage in the bins that are located in various parts of the city and not leave it at home. I ask to leave any towels used in the shower, because the floor is parquet, sensitive to moisture. We demand respect for the bed and mattress. Check in time is between 14.30 and 15.30 hours; for several hours, please ask in advance for availability (possible small fee). Communicate please, two hours before arrival, by telephone. If necessary, we will show you the shortest way to reach us.
