Set in the countryside surrounding Cortona, Villa La Camelia is a charming property obtained from an old farmhouse and lovingly restored by the owners in order to give their guests a place that evokes the history of the ancient Tuscan peasant families but at the same time offering all the comforts that modern life requires.

The Villa has a large and well-kept private garden, in which you will have at your exclusive use the beautiful swimming pool (8 x 4 m , min depth 1.20 mt- max depth 1.50 mt, open from 01 May to 15 October) surrounded by a lush flower garden, complete with sun deck with sun beds and parasols.

In the garden the owners have also built a beautiful wooden gazebo where you can enjoy your meals in the open, accompanied by Tuscan wine, which goes very well with the dishes that you can cook on the outside barbecue.

La Camelia is situated in a strategic position that will allow you to easily reach the major tourist centers of Tuscany and Umbria.

It also has private parking.

Villa Camelia presents a comfortable and spacious interior, enhanced by extreme attention to detail where the owners have managed to blend the ancient Tuscan traditions with new trends in interior design.

Opening the door of this beautiful villa our gaze sweeps over a large living room where a massive stone fireplace and a beautiful corner sofa in leather stand out. In the same room there is a large fully equipped kitchen and dining table.

Two steps lead to the sleeping area where there are two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Only one bathroom has a shower.

Next to the kitchen you will notice a beautiful spiral staircase that leads you to the romantic attic room with a sofa that converts, if necessary, into a double sofa bed for an additional cost of € 200.
