Description
Villa Teresa is a pretty villa with a wonderful view on Cortona valley, completely renovated and equipped with every comfort. Very near to the nice town of Cortona, this wonderful structure overlooks on a breathtaking landscape and it is situated short distance from a small village, which you can reach through a pleasant walk, with restaurant and pizzeria, bar and food shop. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden equipped with outdoor furnishment. The outer area in front of the main façade features an outdoor dining space with sun umbrellas, tables and chairs and sitting room in wrought iron. Under the stone loggia guests have the laundry room at their disposal, with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. The swimming pool area is on a lower level, surrounded by a small English garden equipped with sunbeds, swing and sun umbrellas. The swimming pool is provided with extension ladder, which allows to bathe gradually. The whole area is screened by a line of cypresses and edges which guarantee total privacy to the guests.
The villa in details: 180 square meters on three floors. Ground floor: one can enter the property through a double entrance, one with direct access to the kitchen and one with direct access to the living room. The living area develops on the entire ground floor and is divided in two parts by a large arch that separates the sitting room with TV and fireplace, from the spacious kitchen with dining area and guests' bathroom. First floor: The sleeping area is composed of two symmetrical double bedrooms, each with private bathroom, linked by an intermediate sitting room with double sofa bed. The basement floor disposes of a double access, both from the inside through a staircase and from the outside on the pool level. This wide basement floor hosts a living area with another fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting room with big sofa and TV. The bathroom is fully-equipped and puts a large shower box to guests' disposal. Next to it you find a comfortable double bedroom with wooden baby bed. The villa is totally fenced with automatic gate. The inner parking spot is private.
