Description

Traditional house dating from 1700's, situated at 1 Westgate North, Crail, KY10 3RE. Living room, large comfortable kitchen-dining room and three double bedrooms. Modern 4 piece family bathroom. There is a small private garden at the rear of house which includes an additional WC and handbasin.

The house is situated in the picturesque conservation area of Crail and is well positioned to benefit from all local amenities. There is ample parking at the rear of the house, also on street parking to the front. It is 200 metres from the historic harbour, which is one of the most visited in Scotland. It is close to the local shops, post office, cafes, hotel and museum. There are numerous Golf Courses in the area, and the town is only 15 minutes drive from St Andrews. There are many nice beaches within close reach, where water sports are available.

The house has a comfortable, modern and well equipped kitchen/dining room with a table for 6 which can extend to accomodate visitors. There is TV, DVD player, stereo hifi and Wireless Broadband

One bedroom has a double bed, the other two bedrooms have twin single beds. A travel cot is provided for infants.

There is a table tennis table set up in the garage.

Check-in time is normally 4pm or later, and check-out time is 10am.

The house has approximately 120 square metres of floor space.

There is gas central heating and a modern wood burning stove in the living room, with logs provided for a cosy fire at cooler times of the year.

Crail is a very popular holiday town, frequented by artists, golfers, walkers and children of all ages.

“Great accommodation”

“Crail house stay”

Excellent communication from owner, answering questions and accepting booking very quickly. Really great place, perfect location close to beach, pub and co-op. Loads of parking and storage for bikes etc. Nice walking, close to at Andrews, would definitely come back!

“Excellent cottage in a stunning village”

Really lovely cottage in the centre of crail, which itself is a stunning village. Had a really good long weekend with the best weather! The complimentary treats were a really nice touch. Will definitely be planning another visit!
