“Sunny June stay”

Reviewed 6 Jun 2022

Lovely little cabin about an hour from oban. Its a few mins from the Loch and local shop /cafe /pizzeria was a lovely place to visit. We very very lucky with the weather and had 20 degrees and blue skies for 3 days! Cabin had good cooking facilities and hot tub was amazing. Very kindly allowed us early check-in to drop our things and late check out. It would be good to have some towels /hand towels provided as some of us were flying from different parts of the county and had to work out logistics of someone bringing them. After confirming and having the money ready was a real shame we couldn't use the boats as that was the main suprise activity that was planned for the weekend and the weather was amazing. First two days were unfortunately canceled, but we very hopfully waited around for a reply on the Sunday but didn't hear back. Would be good to hear either way so we could have planned other things. Thank you for having us! Lorna

We actually have lights right round the edge of the whole decking the hot tub is on, the switch is next to the cooker inside the cabin, I’m sorry you didn’t realise they were there, I will make sure I include information on how to locate the switch for the outside lights in my cabin details in future. “Amazing!”

Reviewed 5 Mar 2018

I'm just back from my hen weekend which we had in this cabin, it was amazing I couldn't have asked for a better weekend away. The locals were lovely, the wee cafe on site made the best lunch, and the local bar 'social club' was so welcoming! The bar man was excellent and I'm impressed with how well he coped with 7 crazy girls on a hen! John the owner of the cabin was brand new, the snow began to fall while we were out at the social club and gave us a lift back to the cabin. The cabin it's self was maintained very well and so cosy, view of the loch gives it that nice touch espeically when in the hot tub! Was so sad to leave, but I will definitely be back after my wedding! Best weekend away thank you John and bar man Martin! 5 stars for this lovely little village *****
