This fabulous detached house, set in a lovely location with stunning views. 5 bedrooms & 3 bathroom, sleeps 10 guests but a put up bed can be provided for a fee to sleep 2 extra people (surcharge applies). Lovely garden & terraces with woodland to the side & rear. A 10 min short walk into Dolgellau & 15 min drive to the coast at Barmouth & Fairbourne. A large
Co-op store is a 2 min drive or 10 min walk. Dolgellau old town is just behind the Co-op and leisure centre with really nice pubs, cafes, good restaurants (can recommend several) independent shops and a monthly farmers market. A Wednesday market is held in Machynlleth all year round. Lots of lovely walks and dog friendly beaches nearly.
This modern and tastefully presented, spacious 5 bedroom house is set in a lovely elevated location, with views towards Dolgellau and the mountains beyond. FREE WiFi & SKY.
No expense has been spared to make your holiday as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Our property is tastefully decorated and furnished with quality furniture and bedding. It benefits from gas central heating, double glazing, quality flooring, a superb kitchen with a range cooker & all appliances, a family bathroom, shower room & one en-suite, plus a cloakroom. Guest can relax in one of the two large lounges; there is a dining room with seating for 11 people. The main lounge over looks the rear garden and patio plus barbecue area with a view of the woodland. SKY & Broadband for your entertainment. We also have a snooker table. Cae'r Dderwen is a much sought after residential location and our property occupies possible the best location, being at the top of an elevated road, with no buildings to the side or rear, enjoying a quiet location with fantastic views. The road ends in a cul-de-sac, so there is very little traffic.

Dinning room: With large family table and seating for 11 people.
Kitchen/breakfast room: Comprehensive, quality range of kitchen units including a gas/electric range cooker, dish washer, American fridge/freezer, breakfast area with table and chairs for 6 people.
Laundry room: With sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1: With King size bed, built in wardrobe & en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: King size bed, built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Double size bed, built in wardrobe
Bedroom 4: Twin beds, wardrobe
Bedroom 5: Single bed & put-up bed, wardrobe
We have two put-me-up beds available for a charge of £35 per person so we can sleep 12.
Family Bathroom: Bath with shower screen, sink, WC. Shower room: Shower, sink and WC.
Front garden:
With sloping lawn, off road parking spaces for several cars, garage with a snooker table.
Rear garden:
Backing onto a lovely wooded area to the rear and fields to the one side, paved pathways and large lawn. Patio area with table & four chairs for alfresco dining. Two sun loungers. Further decked area with a barbecue.
Additional information
It is the guests’ responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.
Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights.
Changeover day is SATURDAY in the main season.
One dog is welcome (sorry no puppies), £35 supplement applies.
Prices inclusive of energy, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
