This rural characterful cottage is near Barmouth in North Wales and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Farchynys Court Cottage is a rural characterful cottage near Barmouth in North Wales. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a double and a twin as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed courtyard garden to the front with 26 acres of grounds surrounding the property. Situated in stunning countryside, Farchynys Court Cottage is a delightful holiday cottage to enjoy at any time of the year.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Gas oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car. Second parking space available by arrangement. Enclosed courtyard garden with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 4.2 miles. Note: The cottage is located close to a school outdoor education centre.

Town: Barmouth is surrounded by the unrivalled splendour of the Snowdonia National Park. This seaside town boasts an enormous sandy Blue Flag beach and a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. A paradise for walkers, climbers and cyclists, Mount Cader Idris is nearby. An abundance of wildlife along the Mawddach Estuary, trout fishing in mountain lakes, Harlech Castle, St Davids golf course and Portmeirion Italianate Village are areas to visit.

“Not very clean at all”
Arrived at cottage to find it was dirty. Windows had not been cleaned for many months. There were cobwebs hanging off the light fittings and walls. There was a very old coffee jar in the kitchen tha… More

“Lovely cottage lots of walks”
Lovely cottage all on one level so ideal for us, dog friendly with enclosed garden. The cottage is clean and has everything you need, is in a quiet area but only 10 minutes from Barmouth. Lots of love… More
