Description
The house comprises a fully-fitted kitchen/dining/living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
The property benefits from wardrobes in the bedrooms, a hairdryer, and air conditioning in each bedroom and living area (payable optional extra).
The doors and windows are double-glazed aluminium with shutters and fly screens.
There is a stone BBQ on the stone-paved terrace for your sole use in front of the house promising delightful outside dinners and entertainment around the pool. There is parking right next to the house on the stone-paved driveway, plus extra parking for visitors.
Tiled steps rise from outside to the enormous, pergola-covered roof terrace with sunbeds, table, chairs, and wonderful mountain and countryside views over olive groves and Drapanos Hill.
There are buses at certain times to neighbouring villages and to the city of Chania.
The traditional village of Drapanos, only 6km from the sandy beach of Almyrida, has a well-stocked mini-market and 2 local tavernas serving delicious traditional meals all through the year. There are also several choices of tavernas in local nearby villages.

“Fabulous”
I can’t recommend this villa enough!! It’s brilliant, spotless, fully equipped, fabulous roof terrace and wonderful pool. There are 2 amazing tavernas in walking distance but loads more to visit just a short distance away !! Just book you won’t be disappointed
