Description
The two bedroom house is situated on the edge of a very small village with beautiful open views across country side . It is just to the side of the owners house.There is a play park for children .
This is Excellent base for outdoor enthusiasts , close to mountain bike tracks and hill walks . The beaches are 25 minute drive away and only 10 minute drive to main town of Dumfries. It is set in very peaceful surroundings if relaxation is what you are looking for.
The property is situated on bus route .
The accommodation comprises of one double room and one room which can be either double or twin .
There is storage available for bikes .

“Perfect for famalies”
Visited with two children age 8 and 9, perfect outdoor space for them to run about and a park to play on. Cottage is clean and just the right size for a family of four.

“Great little spot”
We had the perfect few days in Dumfries at the bit on the side. Excellent with our 2 year old lots to do around about. The accommodation was superb, gets the big thumbs up from us.
