Located in a secure and quiet courtyard just off the vibrant and historic Grassmarket, this stylish and contemporary first floor apartment is just a stone's throw from most of Edinburgh's major attractions including the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle.

Other interesting places nearby include the National Galleries, National Museum of Scotland, Greyfriars Kirkyard (and Greyfriars Bobby!) and Arthurs Seat. Also Princes Street, Edinburgh's main shopping street is a short 10 minute walk away from the apartment.

The Grassmarket is on your doorstep and hosts numerous pubs, restaurants and cafes where you can sample some of the local delights in a picturesque and historic setting. Alternatively, you can enjoy browsing the delightful independent design shops and galleries.

After a hard day out exploring the city sights, the one bedroomed apartment offers a luxuriously comfortable King size bed in the bedroom area. Ideal for couples. The apartment is arranged to an open plan, so please note that the bedroom area is open to the lounge/dining area, separated by the wardrobe. All bedlinen and towels are provided for your stay in the apartment.

Should you wish to dine in, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly want! (dishwasher and washer/dryer too!) If you want to wind down in the evenings there's a TV with freeview channels and a dvd player. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

There's a bus route right on the Grassmarket and Waverley Railway Station is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Many more buses are a short walk away on nearby George IV Bridge & North Bridge.

It's basically the perfect location from which to step out, experience the best of the city sights and discover your own Edinburgh.

“Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city”

We couldn't fault this apartment. It is tucked behind the shops and restaurants of the Grassmarket, but very private and quiet. It was so stylish,spotless and well equipped, we were only sorry that we did not have much time to spend in it. We will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
