This gorgeous and luxurious apartment offers spacious rooms and is suited for family holiday letting. It is set in an up-market area, overlooking a delightful, shared landscaped garden. The apartment is situated in a peaceful cul du sac, with off-road parking. The apartment is quietly located in a highly sought after area, with easy access to the city centre and excellent amenities close at hand.The immaculate property has three pristine double bedrooms, which provides exceptionally comfortable accommodating for six guests. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room (also with a toilet, basin, and heated towel rack), the second bathroom is a family bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet, basin, and heated towel rack. In addition to the master bedroom, there are a further two double bedrooms. If required, a fold-out single bed (mattress 25 cm thick) for a child can be provided in the sunroom (if you require the fold-out bed, please contact and discuss this with the owner before making your booking). The fold-out single bed will not be put up in the sunroom, unless it is requested at the time of making the reservation. All bed linen and towels are provided. The large modern kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, and microwave. The kitchen also has a kitchen table which can accommodate 4 people. There is a separate dining room with a table and six chairs, a separate sitting room with ample space, and a sun room, which all overlook varying aspects of the garden. There is video entry phone in the entrance hall. Central heating provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Drying racks for clothes, an ironing board and an iron are available in the apartment. You can relax and recharge your batteries after enjoying a day exploring. A comprehensive range of visitor attractions in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas will keep guests spoilt for choice. You will be able to enjoy the attractions, while using the peaceful apartment as a base to explore from and come home to rest in. “Luxury Apartment”

Spacious and beautifully maintained apartment. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Plenty of car parking and storage inside the apartment for luggage. Cramond is a quiet area and has some wonderful walks along the coast and on the Almond river. We also had very detailed instructions for accessing and leaving the property. Julia was very responsive if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this as a base for exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding area.

“Lovely apartment, be prepared to walk!”

This apartment is very spacious and beautifully furnished. It is situated in a quiet, upmarket residential area. The apartment is advertised as 'no car necessary' but it would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems as it is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop, a 40/45 minute bus ride into the city centre and there is nothing else in the immediate vicinity. It is a 15 minute walk in one direction to a few shops, a nice cafe, bakery etc and a 15/20 minute walk in the other direction to the sea. There is not really a beach as such but there is a nice walk along the river which flows into the sea. Both the cafes along the river are worth a visit. No toiletries, except liquid soap, are supplied in the apartment; I would have expected these in accommodation of this standard and cost. I would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in accommodation out of the city, but be prepared to walk if you don't wish to use the car.

“Excellent apartment in a lovely area”

We were delighted with this property. It is spacious, well-equiped and decorated to a very high standard. The Crammond area is very peaceful and Crammond Village is only 15 minutes walk away as is the promenade and the Firth of Forth. We would definitely come back and stay in this property again. Highly recommended.
