This modern 2 bedroomed apartment in a new block with private parking in an underground garage and lift is quite exceptional. Although essentially ground floor, it is above the basement flat and has breathtaking Southerly views across the Royal Park towards the rock features known as Arthurs Seat and Salisbury Crags. A pleasant 10 minute stroll through the park from the seclusion of this luxury flat takes you to the attractions of the historic old city of Edinburgh - Holyrood Palace ( the Queen's Residence in Edinburgh ) the Scottish Parliament, Dynamic Earth and the Royal Mile.
There is a large open plan living room with kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped with hob, oven/grill, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The living area enjoys huge windows to the South and West, opening onto a balcony on both sides overlooking the park and the private gardens of the flat themselves.
Master bedroom with ensuite shower room plus dressing/study area. Second bedroom with twin beds. Separate full bathroom with shower over bath. Travel cot and high chair available. Plenty of toys for the children! Free wifi.
All luxury towels and bed linen provided, hair driers, iron and ironing board and a welcome pack and fresh flowers to help you settle in!
The flat is situated a 5 minute walk away from London Road, where buses pass frequently into the city centre. There is a large supermarket again about a 5 minute walk from the property.
