Located in the New Town within an impressive Georgian Town House, this apartment is just 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, one block to Harvey Nichols and George Street and a short stroll away from The Old Town, Edinburgh Castle and many of the tourist attractions.
Garden level apartment with its own private entrance, consisting of 2 Triple bedrooms with en-suite, 1 Double bedroom with main bathroom opposite and 2 single box rooms.
It offers excellent flexibility and makes the apartment perfect for group bookings. This apartment can sleep up to 10 people or 11 with the addition of a guest bed. (£30 supplement for guest bed. )
There is also the added bonus of access to parking spaces within the courtyard located to the rear of the building (subject to availability upon request at an extra charge – £10/day/car).

“Great location, perfect for a big group!”
11 of us stayed for one night and Armando could not have been more accommodating. He let us check in when we arrived in Edinburgh which was a few hours earlier than the 3.00pm check in time. It is really handy for the station, just a ten minute walk away. He explained all the amenities close by and gave us a tour of the apartment. He was also really flexible with checkout and we were able to leave our luggage and return just before our train. A great base for a large group!

“School Reunion, Theatre Break.”
We found this apartment to be perfect for our needs. So central we could walk everywhere. We had girls arriving early from the airport & the owner kindly accommodated that & allowed an early check in. We were out for the most part but the communal area was fantastic. Clean & lots of things provided - tea/coffee, Bluetooth speakers etc. Highly recommend.
