It is only 5 minutes to beautiful Water of Leith walkway and the National Cycle path AND only 20-25 min walk to Princes St, Haymarket train station, Stockbridge, Murrayfield rugby stadium, pubs, shops, restaurants, and other major attractions. There is also an excellent bus service near the apartment that goes to the city center and all major attractions.

This modernised 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is one of 6 in a 1800's west end mansion. The apartment has its own private entrance leading to a grand hallway with skylight. This spacious apartment (total 1300 sq ft) is on 2 levels. The double bedroom has an en suite rain shower and the main bathroom has a large V & A stone bath with shower attachment. There is a private driveway with a free parking space for 1 car.

The impressive Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art is just behind the apartment and has beautiful gardens, interesting exhibitions and great cafes.

Ideal for city retreat, cycling, walking, business or as a hub to visit the rest of Scotland

“Perfect accommodation”

We stayed at the flat for a few nights for a family get together on Edinburgh. It was the perfect retreat after a long day. Very comfortable beds and fantastically appointed. Having a bath is a must! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

“Lovely flat, perfect location”

Lovely flat in quiet street in the West End. Backs onto Modern Art Gallery 1, so it’s so easy to take the gallery buses into the centre of town. Would definitely stay again. Communications with Karen were great, and Eddie who looks after the property was brilliant when we forgot our wet weather coats (as the weather was so hot!) - we only realised a week later, and Eddie bought them to us when we reached Glasgow!
