Built in the 1890s, 16A Tron Square is cosy with a comfortable feel, with both the building, and the apartment having been recently completely refurbished. Sitting just a short stroll downhill from Edinburgh's famous Royal Mile, and in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, it has all of Edinburgh's main attractions almost literally on it's doorstep. The apartment is ideally suited to 2 people.
The apartment is set out on one level on the ground floor, consisting of a well-stocked, contemporary kitchen with microwave, electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer and a washing machine. The lounge/kitchen has a sofa bed, TV and free Wifi .... perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Edinburgh! The double bedroom has a small built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. The apartment also has a shower room and toilet.
Despite being just a minute's walk from the hustle and bustle of the Royal Mile, 16A Tron Square offers quiet and peaceful accommodation. The apartment is south facing, and looks out onto a sunny courtyard area.
The apartment is situated in an ideal location for the many other special events that are organised in the city throughout the year such as the Edinburgh Festival, Edinburgh International Tattoo, and the Famous New Year Celebrations. Also within easy walking distance are many of Edinburgh's tourist attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, National Museum/Art Gallery of Scotland, Edinburgh Dungeon, Scots Monument, and Holyrood Palace.
Included in the price are all taxes, electricity and gas, bed linen, towels, internet broadband access.
You do not need a car when based here. Please note the apartment is within a quiet residential area. Guests are requested to show respect when arriving and departing. Please contact us if you may be arriving after 10pm.
Suitability: pets not allowed, due to steep slope it is unsuitable for elderly or infirm, not wheelchair accessible, Low Allergen Environment, longer-term guests welcome, non smoking only, children welcome!

“Perfect Flat In Perfect Location”
The property is so central. All the tourist attractions and amenities are within a few minutes walk. Despite this it is really quiet as it's set in a small square set back from the Royal Mile. All the amenities you need are there and the property is really well looked after. Excellent.
