This apartment is a perfect central base from which to explore this wonderful city, whether you are a couple looking to enjoy the best of Edinburgh or you are visiting for business .

The apartment benefits from a WiFi connection and flat screen digital TVs and DVD players can be found in both the lounge and bedroom.

Only 20 yards from your front door you will find a Peter Yards state of the art cafe/restaurant, a Starbucks with patio area looking onto middle meadow walk and a Sainsburys supermarket.

This is a beautiful apartment, which is furnished to a luxurious specification by a leading interior designer and situated within walking distance of the city centre and Edinburgh's historical attractions. There is a vast range of pubs, clubs and restaurants virtually on your door step.

This apartment is on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by lift, therefore suitable for disabled access.

Check in time 3pm and checkout 11am.

Parking details - There is a secure multi-story car park (Q-Park) located underneath the building. Parking can be arranged separately (approx £20 for 24 hours) which gives you the opportunity to explore this beautiful city with the comfort of knowing when you return to your apartment your car is safely parked.

The beautifully appointed open plan, bespoke kitchen / living space ensures a wonderfully relaxing night in should you decide not to dine out. The open living space includes a dining area ideal for two, should you choose to make use of the fantastic kitchen and its facilities.
The entire apartment has recently been furnished by a leading interior design company, providing seemless luxury and comfort which flows through the apartment.
Enjoy a flat screen, smart TV in the lounge, as well as WiFi connection.

You will benefit from the superbly maintained gardens and seating areas located within this striking new development, beyond which you can stretch your legs on the Meadows, a fantastic green open space in the heart of the city. During the summer festivals you will find many of the top attractions here, virtually on your doorstep, not to mention the range of theatres, restaurants and historical attractions all within 5 minutes walk.

PARKING - There is a secure, onsite underground car park available for £19 per day. This benefits from 24 hour security patrols and CCTV is all around the development. Guaranteed peace of mind as you can leave the car safely behind at the apartment whilst you explore the city - lets face it, you won't need a car here to get around anyway!

“Comfortable, modern and great location”

This flat exceeded my expectations. The communications and check-in process were straightforward. The place is very quiet with the windows closed. Extremely comfortable bed and bed linens. Big soft towels in the bathroom. Great location for wandering around Edinburgh. Would definitely stay again.
