9 Western Harbour is an exclusive luxury Edinburgh waterfront apartment, with magnificent views across Edinburgh Western Harbour and the Firth of Forth, including the Forth road and rail bridges. Only 3 miles from the centre of world renowned festival city Edinburgh, with a direct, regular bus route available opposite the property, this is a not to be missed opportunity. Private, secure parking is also available. The apartment itself has three bedrooms each of which can accommodate either double or two single beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The apartment also benefits from a balcony sharing the superb views out across the Forth estuary. Local shopping is available from a 24-hour local supermarket and the Ocean Terminal shopping mall. Leith is reknowned for its restaurants and the local harbour of Newhaven, a 5 minute walk, offers the excellent Loch Fyne and Prezzo restaurants, the David Lloyd sports centre and fishing and water sports activities.
