Description
A unique property comprising of a large hall, a modern living/dining/kitchen room, a spacious bright bathroom with bath, shower and toiletries and then a few steps up to the two tranquil double bedrooms. Relax in the comfort of the living room where you will find a widescreen digital TV, high-speed wifi internet and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials.
The living room has a widescreen digital TV, a stereo with i-pod dock and high-speed wifi internet. There are also a selection of books and games.
The dining kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher and toaster. There are a full range of kitchen utensils, dishtowels, dishcloths, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher consumables as well as a selection of herbs, oils, flour, basic condiments, tea, coffee, sugar, foil and cling film.
Both bedrooms are extremely spacious and bright, each with a super king-size bed which can be split to make two single beds depending upon your requirements. Beautiful, hotel-quality Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels add a further touch of luxury.
There is plenty of cupboard space off the hall where you will also find iron and ironing board.
Entry to the building is from the Royal Mile where there is a security gate which will let you into the communal stairwell.
Please be aware that the apartment is on the third floor of the building and does not have a lift.
The beautiful 16th century building which has been fully refurbished inside provides a wonderful home from home in the heart of Edinburgh.
Stunning historical architecture, The Fringe, museums, activities and endless bars, restaurants and shopping - Scotland's vibrant capital really does have it all!

“Great apartment in Royal Mile”
Myself and 3 friends hired this apartment for our annual trip to Edinburgh and were not disappointed ! The host Marion was very helpful from even before we arrived asking if we wanted our beds made into singles or doubles , it's the little things! The apartment is spacious , modern and clean , the beds are extremely comfy. We spent a lot of time relaxing in our apartment. The location is so central , we got the train in and were just a 5 minute walk up to the apartment, it is a great base for exploring Edinburgh ! Definately recommend this great apartment !
