The accommodation comprises on the ground floor, an Entrance Hall, Sitting room with a delightful Sun-room which opens onto a paved area with table and chairs overlooking the Lawn and delightful garden. Kitchen/dining area with door to garden, formal Dining room, Toilet and Cloak room.

A right-hand turn staircase takes you upstairs where you will access the 'master' bedroom with en-suite shower & toilet, double bedroom, twin bedroom and spacious family bathroom with separate shower.

Externally to the rear of the property there is a beautifully mature, secluded, walled garden which provides a perfectly secure area for families with young children.

Elie is a picturesque seaside village with lots of character and the home is two minutes walk from the long, sandy beach which offers a good variety of watersports. A 9 &18-hole Golf course, 5-Tennis Courts and Bowling are all within 5-minutes walk. The impressive coastal path stretches for miles in both directions from which you may see Whales, Dolphins, Seals and other Wildlife.

On-street car parking is available to the front of the property with no time restrictions and entirely at the owners risk. Bed linen and towels are provided, excluding beach towels. Convenient Side access to rear garden for bicycles etc... so they can be stored for safe keeping. Smoking is not allowed in the property.

There is a regular Bus Service Stop immediately outside the property. Both Summer & Winter brings the opportunity to take a brisk walk along the coast taking in the bracing sea air, and after, you can curl up in front of the fire and enjoy a wee dram of good Scotch Whisky or a warming Hot Chocolate.

“Beautiful Garden, well equipped, comfortable home!”

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable week in the sunshine in Rlie. New Haven is well named as the back garden does indeed feel like a haven. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating allows you to take full pleasure relaxing in the garden. The house is solid, spacious and comfortable and a special mention for the lovely bedding, we had such a great time we are already booking for next year. I should also mention the location is perfect close to beach, pier and pub and parking outside was remarkably easy.

A wonderful time on our regular summer hols in Elie Lovely, comfortable time in Colin’s lovely seaside holiday home. Clean, well presented, all we would need for our stay, and a marvellous, large, beautiful garden. Booked for next year during my stay.

“Super stay again!”

We have stayed at New Haven 6/7 times in the last 4 years but this was our first visit in 18 months and the house has had a mini refurb with new flooring, furniture, bathroom, shower etc to make it an even more pleasant stay. The owner Colin could not be more hopeful and the location of the house is just perfect. This was our one year old golden retriever Scout’s first visit and she loved exploring the beautiful garden - thanks Colin!
