This stunning house is in the village of Ellon in Aberdeenshire and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms.This simply stunning house is in the village of Ellon and occupies a lovely well maintained garden area extending to an acre and has fabulous far reaching views across the lovely Aberdeenshire countryside and over to the famous hills of Bennachie. The property sleeps ten people in five bedrooms, one king size double with dressing room and en-suite shower, basin and WC, one double, one ground floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, one twin and one ground floor twin. There is a bathroom with a bath, separate shower, basin and WC. There is kitchen with dining area, two sittings rooms and a games room with a snooker table. Outside there is one acre of garden with a raised decked area and furniture. There is a large courtyard to the rear. There of ample off road parking. Schoolhill Croft is a stunning house ensuring a simply wonderful holiday for all.

Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio with iPod connection, Wii, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. One acre garden to front with raised decked area and furniture and large courtyard to rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pub 4 miles. Beach 1 mile. Note: This property has a £150 refundable good house keeping bond
