Three homes on 30 acres! You have arrived at El Cerro, the retreat sitting on the hill overlooking Esperanza Village. This is a privately owned retreat with views of the Caribbean Sea. El Cerro is completely fenced and electronically gated for privacy and security. Walk to town and the beach or stay on the compound and lounge in your private pool shared by three beautiful homes, all with unique amenities and spectacular views.

El Cerro is beautifully landscaped and maintained with the most spectacular views on the island!

Property sleeps 16 in beds, 4 on sleeper couches. A baby pack n play is also available. Maximum number of guests is 20. No smoking in the houses, no student groups 25 years or younger. When you rent this property, you rent the whole facility. A full time property manager is housed on the back side of the property so guests will never feel as if their privacy is invaded but help will be close by if the caretaker is needed. Special services are available at an extra cost: catered meals, grocery shopping, massages. Events are allowed with additional event fee.
